The administrative staff were warm, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, which made for a pleasant initial interaction. Unfortunately, my consultation with Dr. Loffredo did not meet professional expectations. During our brief interaction, approximately 10 minutes, he was dismissive and spoke over me throughout the conversation. Despite asking questions, he repeatedly interrupted my responses, which made it difficult to feel heard or respected as a patient. Additionally, the nurse present in the room demonstrated a similar lack of professionalism. As a nurse myself, I hold fellow healthcare professionals to a high standard, and I found the behavior of both Dr. Loffredo and his nurse to be discourteous and unprofessional. Following the appointment, Dr. Loffredo contacted me by phone and spoke in a manner I found abrupt and inappropriate. Given the nature of this experience, I would not return to this practice, regardless of cost. While I had heard positive things about Cape & Islands Plastic Surgery, I can only assume those reviews pertain to other providers within the practice!

So..... I went for IV Vitamins. I spoke with Dr. Thiesen the medical director and he took his time to explain to me how this works and that I don't just "pee"them out and waste my money . We discusses what i needed and the decided on my Vitamin cocktail.They were very flexible in scheduling and Dr. Theison actually administered the IV himself! Not gonna lie the needle hurt a little, but full disclosure I am a bit of wimp with needles.I was offered red/ blue light therapy on my face as IV was dripping for $20 extra---- of course I wanted it! So in my recliner with my light machine on my face---- tasted the vitamin in my mouth almost immediately. Was so relaxed as my hot premenopausal body was instantly cooled by the fluids.
