I suggest emailing/calling them with any questions instead of just walking in, because artists are usually booked! For a good reason as well, each artist has their style so make sure to look at the website for their portfolios. I really loved Meaghan Angel's work, & luckily I was able to get tatted really quickly (perfect timing hehe). I gotta say, if you're just stopping by Wilmington or live here & want to get a tattoo, this is the place. I don't think I'll go anywhere else, because that's how solid this place is to me. I decided to get two tattoos, which only took about 2.5 hours or so. Meaghan is amazing, I have so much respect for her and her work. She made me feel so comfortable and made me laugh so much, I dont think I've laughed like that in awhile :,) I love her input & she really made the tattoos come to life. I'm in love with them, I can't stop looking at my arm now!! I have a couple other tattoos, but by far these are my favorite now. He was very easy to communicate with prior and made sure I liked the draw up version of the art I provided him with And even allowed me to add an extra tattoo in just days before the appointment. Was very professional and clean during the appointment, and checked in afterwards. The shop has always been very clean during every visit I've made, and they followed COVID-19 protocols. My review is based solely on the customer service I received regarding a purchase I made via their eBay account. I purchased a $130 piece of gold 4mm jewelry listed as new without tags...not only was the jewelry dirty upon arrival- it came very poorly packaged, unsecured in a box ten times its size with only the discardble cotton piece that typically comes in cardboard jewelry boxes (no baggy, nothing). As soon as I retrieved the package from my PO box I could hear the jewelry rattling loudy around in the box. Concerning, as the gemstones could become dislodged, weakened, or scratched. Upon contact to ensure the jewelry was indeed new and not used- I was accused of "lying" and trying to "get something for free"...even though I acknowledged that it could have come from the manufacturer that way- and neither asked for anything, nor filed a claim. I brought the packaging to their attention because I am also in business and would be grateful if someone made a suggestion on how I could improve. Unfortunately, I was met with a refusal to accept responsibility and nasty attitude which was even clear thru text. Typical, holier-than-thou tattoo artist snobbery. Needless to say, I wouldn't purchase from them again. read more

Don't waste your time going here. I'm a college student with no car and had to Uber to a consultation where the tattoo artist literally just had me airdrop her the pictures of the tattoos I wanted and we scheduled a day for me to come in. I had to put down a $50 deposit, too. I couldn't have emailed the pictures and scheduled the appointment over the phone? What a waste of my time and money. When I finally went in for my appointment, I had to ask a friend to take me so I wouldn't have to spend money on an Uber. We hit so much traffic on the way there and got there 20 minutes late. She told me I had to reschedule because she had an appointment after me, even though my appointment was supposed to be 6 hours long. It was the stupidest excuse I've ever heard. She refused to even do one or two of the tattoos. I don't mind losing my $50 deposit because I do not trust her to tattoo me. She was incredibly rude. Horrible customer service and so unhelpful. Everyone told me not to go there anyways, so I'll be going somewhere else to get tatted. read more

Absolutely amazing experience here! Roxanne did me and my friends nose piercings and was super super nice! She did a good job of explaining the process and making sure we new everything ahead of time that we needed to know. she Helped us find placements unique to our nose shapes and everything! she told us the ends and outs and was overall amazing.
