They were very patient and understanding in meeting our needs and answering questions. They provided the best value for the flooring we were seeking. Finally their installer T.N.T. Floor Covering Installers (Tommy) was above and beyond expectations in installing our flooring. Tommy comes in with a large team that professionally removed our previous flooring, move furniture and beautifully installed the new flooring. Not to mention they were one of the most courteous group of individuals we have ever had do work for us. I strongly recommend both of these for your flooring needs!

We bought a new build home in Onslow County, NC. The Builder uses Cheap Charlies for their flooring…read moreneeds. We had a major issue with our LVP flooring because it was installed without a moisture barrier on the concrete slab. The floor began lifting within 1 year of us Closing on the house. We contacted Cheap Charlies with our issue. The only solution was to replace the entire 1st level floor. We also have steps leading to a room above our garage (FROG) with the same LVP flooring, however, the sub floor is wood which did not cause the LVP to fail. The Flooring manufacturer of the floor discontinued our exact floor. We and Cheap Charlies tried to match the original floor from another Manufacturer because our furniture, rugs, lamps, and other accessories were complimentary to the flooring (not a neutral color or pattern). We exhausted all options without success. We then decided, with Cheap Charlies help, to choose a neutral color and pattern LVP from the same original manufacturer. That left us with the stairs and FROG not being damaged and different flooring. We had been in the newly built home for less than 1.5 years, so two different floors were not acceptable to us. Cheap Charlies installed the newly chosen floor throughout our home, including the steps and FROG, with no upgrade or additional charge for the new floor. The installation team was courteous, professional, detailed and quick. We became friendly with the Family that owns and runs Cheap Charlies as they are truly good honest people. My wife and I would highly recommend Cheap Charlies for any new or replacement floor.

Solicited a couple vendors for window washing & selected this business operated by Frank Mannone…read morebecause he took the time to drive to my home to provide an estimate within a couple days of the request. Other vendors either did not call back or provided a potential cost based on the number of windows without visiting & I suspected that cost would only escalate due to varying window sizes. Frank showed up early for the appt, was very personable, had all the right equipment to include ladders, and got right to work. He treated the windows as if doing his own home; looking at the individual glass from various angles, both inside and outside of the house, making sure he saw no streaks or missed areas. We were also pleased that he meticulously wiped out all the dirt & pollen accrued on the sills over the last year. We will definitely schedule him annually for this service as well as keep him at the top of our list for ANY of the handyman services he offers in addition to the windows.

Frank took the time to understand what I want done and communication was timely and concise. He kept in contact when he was running late and he treated my home with respect and was cool with my annoying dog. He's respectful, has great bedside manners and is upfront about what he can do. He had helped me with TV installation, closet organization installation and is coming back for another round. He is reliable and rates are fair. I highly recommend him.

I would use them again. I think that their prices were a little above average, but they did get what I wanted in timely fashion with the exception of a transition piece. The transition came too late so my installer got another, but flooring unlimited changed me for the transition anyway. Any special orders they can't be return, even if they don't come with the your original order. (Just note that) Over all good experience. One last thing they were not big mask wearer for COVID.

When it did and the contractor was working on the remodeling, he discovered a box of tile that was in matte finish. The order in this color was only in polished. Long story, and too many people interjecting, we returned the box that was mis-shipped. But was told to wait and so we picked it up again. Okay. My husband dropped it off once the job was done, and in speaking, I was told it was our fault based on what he said. Since we waited weeks for the order to come in... The matte finish has been a known issue but...I tried calling. I am used to having conversations where people take turns speaking. At least that is what I teach my students to do. I was constantly talked over and her voiced raised. When I asked to speak when she was finished, I started and was spoken over again repeatedly. I wish there could have been a responsible and reasonable conversation. I finally had to end the call from being yelled at and over constantly. I was given a check for the amount of what they said the box of wrongly shipped tile cost ($88). Thank you. The wrong item was shipped and they did repay but that was painful to do. You sure could say a lot of things and she said them, but I thought Kindness Matters. For $88 bucks, not worth the conversation to understand nor interact again. I wish them the best but now cannot recommend them. I wish them the best and I am heading to elsewhere. I did want to support local. Make Good Choices.

They also replaced a small area of floor tiles. Pretty smooth process. Within a few months, the seams in the middle of high traffic areas became a big problem. The edges were a little too stretched and didn't stay tacked in the high traffic areas. A few years later, the seams and edges in those areas are ripped open a few inches wide and look really bad. The carpet is also worn and needs to be replaced. It is too pricey to be replacing carpet every 3-5 years. The tile still looks good, though.
