Heller Complaint Follow-up…read more It came as no surprise that Heller Concrete could secure a recommendation from a satisfied customer in response to my complaint about his terrible work. Of course he has satisfied customers. If he hadn't had and I hadn't relied upon recommendations I wouldn't have hired him in the first place. So, positive experiences do nothing to undercut the validity of my complaint. Mr. Heller might better improve his standing in the community if he took the time and interest to deal properly with dissatisfied customers.
