We had it supported by braces, and if it fell, it would have dropped on my living area where my family hangs out. Their team knew the difficulty of this, removed every single brick, one at a time and carefully removed them, with no damage or any issues at all. Once down, RG Stonemind then completely rebuilt the chimney framing from scratch. Way beyond my expectations. The prior one built by a very, very reputable home builder in the late 90s does not even compare to the quality RG built, as I saw it going up and the emphasis they put on the structure. Then, the process of the stucco was amazing. RG Stonemind has a fantastic stucco guy, Sergio, and he was amazing in his work. The chimney is phenomenal and matches the overall architecture of the rest of the house with the other stucco around the windows. I have had just about every neighbor compliment me on the new chimney and said it exceeded their expectations when they first saw it going up. I believe RG Stonemind is more known for its stone masonry, but I would recommend them for any chimney work with the highest rating. I couldn't be more pleased!!
