I felt included and like a regular client. I enjoyed being a model because I got to listen in on the process which is METICULOUS! She is a perfectionist; she takes her time and includes you in the process to ensure that you will be happy with the results and to keep you comfortable while being worked on. Her thoroughness is not limited to your brows, the booking process is very thorough! READ HER MATERIALS she answers every question you can have from where to park to pre/after care. I felt informed and prepared before ever stepping foot in the studio. Speaking of the studio, it is clean, organized, and comfortable. Literally everything was sanitized AND clean (there is a difference!) The chair you sit in is covered with a disposable cover (not crunchy paper). Everyone is wearing masks and gloves AND gloves are changed after touching things like phones. My temperature was checked upon entry and there is someone at the door to ensure no one can just walk in. Overall I'm a picky and critical person and I was EXTREMELY impressed with every aspect of my microblading session I mentioned booking my second session before even seeing my results bc I just knew I was in good hands!

Simply walk up to the counter and sign in. It takes 5 to 10 minutes per customer. The wait isn't long. No frills, she is just awesome. She repaired by botch job from another stylist. It was done so bad, one eyebrow was higher than another. I looked like a was permanently suspect. But she saved my face. I have been loyal ever since.
