I was also told a lash lift on my longer lashes would have a dramatic effect but see for yourself :( They did ask for my feedback and were kind enough to address my concerns quickly and offer me a lash tint but I still feel a complete refund was the appropriate response here. I'm sure their other services are amazing, the place is incredible, and I maybe just had bad luck but not for $120, or even $60; read the fine print.

She also has a very soothing voice lol which may not seem important, but it is when you're laying there for an hour and someone is speaking close to your face.
