Haaate to leave a negative review because everyone was very very sweet but I got robbed here lol Came for a lash lift (no tint) and ended up paying around $120 to get my eyes burnt, the slightest curl on my right eye, and a 50% refund out of 'courtesy' because varied results were disclosed to me when it was conveniently too late to cancel the appointment. I was also told a lash lift on my longer lashes would have a dramatic effect but see for yourself :( They did ask for my feedback and were kind enough to address my concerns quickly and offer me a lash tint but I still feel a complete refund was the appropriate response here. I'm sure their other services are amazing, the place is incredible, and I maybe just had bad luck but not for $120, or even $60; read the fine print. read more

This place is cute and cozy and the beds you lay on are super comfy (not sure but I'm almost positive I fell asleep once). I've referred so many people to Ana milena she's amazing! My only con is that it's EXPENSIVE. I loved my lashes so much but $100 every two weeks is too much for me to continue doing. They looked fantastic and everyone- even strangers were complementing me. With Ana, my first set was $200 not including tip and refills were 75-100 but usually 100. I did them for the holiday season and I'll probably do it again next year! When you first show up you make a client portal and take a seat until they're ready for you. I've never waited more than 20 minutes. You lay down on the bed, she puts a sticky under your eye, and then she glued the lashes on individual lashes. It's fantastic and honestly I felt like Beyoncé. Definitely recommend. They have a texting service as well as an app if you have questions or want to make an appt. However the one time I made an appt through the texting service i showed up and she wasn't scheduled to even be there that day so be careful! read more

I love Ohh lashes! This is my favorite lash place that I've been to. My lashes always look amazing and I get compliments almost everyday. The lash beds to lay on are adjustable and I usually end up taking a lash nap lol. Aimee is amazing and I've never had any eye irritation with her. I regret ever coming here they ruined my lashes. They do such a bad job at doing lashes, they have such a rude staff, and they are sooo expensive. I don't understand how businesses like this stay in business. Especially since they are ripping people off and leaving them looking worse than before they came in during a pandemic. They are located in a very shady area in the middle of nowhere and they keep their place FREEZING I'm lucky I didn't catch pneumonia there. It's impossible to relax during your treatment, they use the excuse that they're actually doing a good job and that's why you have to stay there for hours everytime you go. The quality of these lashes have no comparison to others I've seen in Miami. They look so real and I get compliments from strangers so often, it's my favorite bi-weekly thing to do being able to leave with a fresh set of lashes and feel at my best. I had my full set appointment with Aimee and I am completely obsessed with my lashes. I get so many compliments on them. They are beautiful, luscious, natural and completely non irritating. I've had my lashes done for 8 years from all over and this is hands down the best salon I've ever been to. I have just moved back to Miami, and I was trying to find a place for eyelash extensions. As a doctor I wear a mask 24/7, so the only thing people see when they speak to me are my eyes, hence why it was important for me to get my lashes done, and have them done well. I researched many places online, spoke to about three different salons, but Tamara was the most knowledgable and courteous of them all. She asked me what look I was going for, and I sent her some photos. My pre-quarantine look was very dramatic and long. Tamara informed me that her aesthetic is more natural, but she could definitely give me volume. I was beyond happy with the results. I'm only giving Ohh lashes 2 stars because they were nice when telling me about the situation. I've had an appointment here for a week and it was scheduled for 4 pm. They send me a message at 3:20 pm the same day of my appointment asking me if I can come later, at 4:30. I responded that I couldn't because I had somewhere to be after since I knew it would take two hours to do lashes. First of all, I don't know why a full set of lashes would take that long. I just moved here from New York and over there a full set took an hour, hour and a half at most. Anyways, they message me again saying that they would be able to attend me at 4. So I went to the place and after waiting 15 minutes, they tell me to just come back another time and to reschedule. I'm annoyed. Very unprofessional in their ways. I don't think I'll come back here after that first experience with Ohh lashes. Also, when I went into the place, a teenage boy was sleeping at the waiting area. The place was clean and renovated, and the staff was nice, but I came here to get my lashes done at the time of my appointment and I didn't get that. read more

They were prompt to respond to my messages for booking, and they were very professional. Having had several medical eye surgeries, sanitation was a PRIORITY, and they put my worries at ease! The following review in my own personal opinion on my experience at Ohh Lashes: After being a customer of Ohh Lashes for over two years, I started noticing a serious decline in quality of service as well as overall concern regarding this business. Personally, I am a very discerning client who would prefer to pay more to have had a private room for my lash service, but at the time, I just settled for the other artist since Tamara passed me along.(still not sure why?) Bianca started showing signs of unprofessionalism when she was constantly on the cell phone talking to her sister, ordering lunch delivery, and even talking to the current guy she was dating. She would even talk to the guy on the phone and plan her weekends! I can confidently say she was on the phone maybe 60% of the time while I was paying to have a lash service done. I was so tired of that! I honestly don't know why I put up with that for so long. I tried to always tell myself that she may just be uneducated with the professional expectations of a lash artist such as herself, but this behavior never stopped. Once she even took time away from my appointment, (charged me full price) and took a 15 minute break to go eat her lunch and use the restroom. I wouldn't have mind to allow that if she would have made up that time after my service. She cut my time short and saw the next client. I also felt uncomfortable in a room where there was no privacy with your treatment. I was in a room with two other clients all the time. In addition, the owner, Tamara, would allow her son to walk into this room and talk with the artists and "goof" around. It sometimes felt like a day care than a professional salon! As much as I love dogs, I also don't think that dogs should be allowed to be around the tweezers and mink lashes/glue etc. Bianca, the lash artist once brought her dog to work and I never saw her wash her hands or use hand sanitizer after she carried her dog! Overall, it was a health/sanitation concern for me. I also started noticing that Bianca was crossing professional lines a bit when she would always criticize my manicure or lack thereof. I am a pre medical student who does research in a lab, and studies advance science. I don't have a lot of time to get a perfect manicure done and I surely don't need anyone criticizing it! She even once criticized me saying how in desperate need I am of botox or whatever it was she called it. What really opened my eyes to the truth behind this shady business, was when the artist, Bianca wanted to cut my time short and still charge me full price for the full hour! She asked me to come earlier since she had a cancellation, and since I live far, I stated I wasn't sure if I can come earlier, but that I would try. When I arrived, she told the next client she can see her at 5pm! (I arrived at 4:06pm and by the time she started my service it was close to 4:12pm) so if she stuck to that promise, I would have been cheated out of 12 minutes of my mink lash refils priced at $88.00-$115 depending on the time spent! When I politely reminded her that I had a one hour booked and if I was going to get my full hour considering that I made an effort to come to the appointment an hour earlier before I was supposed to, she was so offended and started yelling in a high tone of voice! Bianca was also almost always late to any 10:00am appointment I made. Her excuse was always "traffic." I also couldn't believe that Bianca yelled and screamed at one of my fellow friends from the medical school and rudely told her she made the wrong appointment on the app! My friend couldn't believe that she was spoken to that way! She cancelled all future appointments too and now goes somewhere else she loves! I also didn't like that the owner, Tamara's husband would just walk into the client treatment area at random times and wouldn't excuse himself as some man walking in! There's just something about this place that has seriously negative energy and I just don't like how the owner treated one of the artists there that I ended up going to afterwards. As a client, business owner as well, I would never dream to treat my employees & clients the way Ohh Lashes does! There is endless talent in Miami available for lash extensions which exceed the abilities of Ohh Lashes. Now I see why all the best, professional artists end up leaving Ohh Lashes! Who would want to work in an environment where clients are not the priority! I'll take my money elsewhere, where I am 100% valued! When I expressed these concerns, they did nothing to resolve it. Bianca even told me once, "Tamara is my bestie and I would never get fired no matter what!" She made it clear that my complaints are "beneath" them. This place seems "untouchable" and if you ever complain about their golden cow, Bianca, beware! Tamara has the "f" word on her wall in a framed poster and I always felt very uneasy about that. I first learned of eyelash extensions from a friend who had them done and spoke very highly of them. One day I saw eyelash extensions advertised on groupon (not with Ohh Lashes) and decided to buy it and give it a try. See my other reviews if you want to read more. Basically, after having a terrible experience with another salon, I found Tamara and have been doing my eyelashes with her ever since at her new studio Ohh Lashes. Ohh Lashes is so convenient because it's nearby my office and right off of US1 with plenty of parking. As soon as you arrive, Tamara greets you with water, nespresso coffee, or wine, and treats. Usually she has delicious gluten free cookies or a piece of chocolate. She's very good about setting her schedule and is very punctual. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for her to finish on her previous client and for her to start with me. As soon as you lay down on the chair/bed, you instantly close your eyes and relax. When I get my refills (which is every 3-4 weeks), it only takes about 1-1.5 hours, and she is able to get every single one of my eyelashes. I'm obsessed with having my eyelashes look full and long, and she makes this happen for me with absolutely no mascara needed. In my experience, other eyelash artists, never fill up and get every single one of your eyelashes and take 2-3 hours. Tamara is fast and always does an amazing job with my eyelashes. I never need mascara, unless I'm trying to make a dramatic effect for night time occasions. Before I leave, I always schedule my next appointment because her schedule fills up quickly, but the best part is that she is flexible and accommodates your schedule. Tamara is very good at what she does and others are starting to pick up on that and refer a lot of business to her. Her calendar fills up quickly too, so I'd recommend any new clients to call and schedule an appointment based on the time you're hoping for but do it in advance. I usually get the silk long and curly lashes, but she has all different styles, lengths, etc. She also has mink which is the most natural form of eyelash extensions. Tamara will explain how to take care of your eyelashes so that they last you a very long time. She will also recommend the best style and length based on what you're looking for. She accepts cash, check, and credit cards. I'll continue to go back to Ohh Lashes / Tamara every 3 weeks and can't imagine not having my eyelash extensions. I WAKE UP WITH MAKE-UP. :) read more

Best lashes ever. I have been to three lash technicians and Tamara is by far the best. I found her after arriving in Miami for vacation, my previous lash technician cancelled my appointment at the last minute thus leaving me to find someone who could fit me In immediately. I was fortunate that Tamara had a cancellation that day. I was concerned that my current lashes were not properly applied and that was confirmed once I laid in her table. The last lash technician I went to did a poor job on my lashes (see review for Rittenhouse skin care ) and Tamara saved the day with her expertise. Tamara used a gentle solution to remove the old lashes and glue buildup , she has a very light touch, I could barely feel her working on my lashes. During the installation process I never felt any tugging or burning, she was also faster than I expected. She asked me the overall shape I w as going for with my lashes, no one ever asked that before. I wanted a flare at the corners and that's exactly what she did. Note** they use a fairly thin width of lash here. This is great for people who want a VERY natural look. On myself however, It just made my own eyelashes look longer. Usually when I get extensions I don't wear mascara or other makeup, but felt like I needed it just based on my preference of look. I had several eyelashes fall out within the first few days. I askeddr my technician (Aimee) if the lashes would twist and buckle. She said, "No, they never do." Barely a week and a half into the extensions they started buckling and twisting and would regularly come out while I was sleeping. So much that the side I sleep on more has significantly fewer t Technicians, don't make promises you can't keep. Customers, be knowledgeable about what you are buying (width, length, duration, etc). There are much better eyelash studios out there. At my regular place my eyelashes last about 5 weeks, here they lasted 3. *** This review is updated after receiving a call from the business after they read my first review. I changed the rating from 3 to 4 to clarify that this place is more geared towards people who want a natural look. I prefer extensions that look like some mascara has been applied. Always clarify with your technician what length and width you want. The person with whom I spoke on the phone was extremely knowledgeable about maintaining lash health and explained that is the owners and business' priority, which corresponds to the type of lash they apply and how.
