Temperature checks are done as soon as you walk in. Max two clients are allowed in the shop at any time. As always I have a great time chatting with Fabi as she does my lashes. She is to me like family now and I always recommend her to all of my friends. Although I know so many people are doing lashes now, you cannot replace Fabi's expertise on all things lashes and lifts. I am a man. I am a man that strongly resembles a caveman. If you'd met me, you'd probably think I discovered fire last week and that I'd be nearing the discovery of the razor the next. With that said, I don't think you'd associate me with a beauty salon, let alone a lash boutique, but that's where you'd be wrong. I suffered from a strong case of acne as a teenager and even though my acne eventually cleared up, I have the scars and still get the occasional blemish here and there. They saved my eyesight!!! I had a shoddy lash job done and they saved my eye which was almost swollen shut. It took almost an hour to remove lashes and they took their time and went lash by lash to remove the lashes one by one to try and save my natural lashes even with my eye almost closed from swelling. They also showed me how I got ripped off when another place sold me " Siberian Mink " lashes which turned out to be plastic. I can't thank them enough for squeezing me in. It took me a while to warm up to the idea of getting lash extensions after a previous experience I had somewhere else. The staff here was super friendly. I arrived an hour earlier for my appointment and being early I was prepared to wait, Hulu and headphones at hand, but having her lunch break right before my apointment she decided to take me first and her lunch later. I gotta tell you, I get good customer service but delaying your lunch break was going out of the way and very unexpected, I was very grateful. Thr process was similar to the one I had before but the results were amazing, was extremely satified with the quality of extensions they put on, even after choosing their cheaper option. I asked for a natural look and I felt that's exactly what I got. They were light and looked great even after two weeks of wearing them. At the end of the day I am realizing that I am the kind of chic who prefers the ability of washing away the day completely off my face, But I would do this again next time I go on vacation.
