The manual said I should get transmission fluid, brake fluid changed, a tune-up, etc. Revolution Motors was recommended to me. The receptionist was efficient, explained the process and told me that when they finished the inspection of the car they would call and let me know the cost, and get approval for the work. They gave me a car to use while mine was in the shop. Long-story short my Forester is in great shape, and they told me that I didn't need to do the scheduled maintenance because everything was great (it is a very low mileage vehicle). Only charged me for the oil change - and gave me a great price. They have definitely won a customer for the future. So glad that the folks on Reddit suggested them. I'll be back as needed.

We called back in June to have our car looked at and NO ONE got back to us. We followed up the other day AND still no one can do anything for us until much too late. Really disappointed in the customer service. Incredibly frustrated that we couldn't count on them to keep their word and 'get back to us' in a timely manner.
