This year I was a victim of the Braes Bayou flood. So I called Legal Eagle again. Turns out they are experts at flood restoration too. It took a couple of months between drying, ordering, construction, etc. to get it all done. And at the same time I decided to take advantage of their expertise. In addition to the restoration, I had them put in both a built-in entertainment center in the living room and a built-in desk in the living room. (I will try and post a picture or 2) Their workers are terrific. Very skilled and never leave a mess. These people are highly recommended. Dan Bawden and Enrique Sifuentes are both great. They spent a great amount of time helping plan everything and they made sure I understood what was happening along the way.

When we closed, we had a punch list that never got complete. They would constantly schedule times to come out and "look at what needed to be fixed" and would never show. When my husband or I would text him, he would make up and excuse then become aggressive. It took us a year to get just simple things done. I'm actually glad they didn't complete the punch list because the few things that they did repair were way worse than before. We have had more issues with our "luxury home" than you could imagine. My mom wanted me to post this review:…read more rag, would do me a huge favor since you are on spring break -- not to say that you are not busy doing research. mom knows this and appreciates this. however, the crain construction makes me so upset. i do not like to feel taken advantage of! just to review the problems that i am still encountered - paint job was the worst! cabinet doors that were replaced were warped and i am still having problems with them closing correctly! the flooring was coming up! the new vanity that they built --- you pull one drawer out and 3 drawers pull out at the same time and then they jam. back to the painting - when they sanded, they did'nt clean the surface and just painted over it. as a result, it feels like sand paper. the one wall that they installed is crooked. must i go on? yes, i just found out from 2 sources that the under counter lighting that i purchased is the cheapest of cheap. i have been several places and everyone laughs and says - we do not have bulbs for this lighting because it is obsolete. it is only sold at home depot. however, i paid top dollar for the best. i truly do not wish for the general population to become a sucker as i have. these people do not deserve to be in business. another prime example of the huge corruption in america. but, if i can make a difference --i will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh also, re. the painting - they allowed it to drip and dry in so many places that i cannot count. also, there was very little supervision on the job. they checked on the job - not on a daily basis but seldom compared to what we payed them. that doesn't cut it when you are also paying top $. there excuse was that i live in a high rise and their pick up was too tall to go under the garage. they had to park 3 blocks away. guess what, from the start - they said they were charging me 25% extra for the inconveince of living in a highrise and the parking situation. i have never reported anyone in my life - this is above and beyond the worst.

They made an emergency visit to our home and did a great job helping us get back up and running. They even made sure that they didn't overcharge us for pipes that were frozen, but didn't bust- honest dudes. They showed up when we were stressed beyond reason and handled the situation. They even took the time to help educate us on how to prevent the same future issues. I've referred them to 3 others and they've already been able to get appointments! Don't hesitate working with them if you need any kind of plumping or other general construction assistance - I certainly will be using them again in the future.
