The choices they have are amazing. Tony is great and helped us pick out the two-tone slim shaker cabinets and quartz countertop. They added much more storage by removing the soffit and raising the cabinet height. The new cabinet inserts make the organization and access so much easier. On the remodeling side of their business, we had them replace our floors and countertops. We also decided to have them replace the cabinets in our powder room which really gave it an upgrade. The workers they use are thoughtful in how they complete the work. Joseph and Tony had great service and communication throughout the whole process. I visited their showroom about one month ago and was really interested in getting work done on my home. The sales rep Ali was nice and helpful, and he said he needed a $500.00 deposit to secure pricing for 10 days. Me and my sister gave him $ 500.00. My credit was not approved and my sister could not get the cash needed to fund her project. I paid via credit card and my sister paid cash. We both requested a refund for the $ 500.00 and they told me they would credit the money back to my credit card. To this date we have not received our money back. They are avoiding telling her how she can get her money back. I sent them an email requesting my refund and I am getting no response. At this point I am disappointed in the way they are avoiding us.
