I made a MOBILE DEPOSIT on a FRIDAY & received an email stating it was ACCEPTED,…read morebut then got a phone call shortly after stating they CAN NOT release my money without verification of the check when what they needed was on there! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank if you are wanting a Checking Account. I would only bank with them for a Savings Account, so you won't have to worry about them "holding" your money.

This is by far the worst banking institution I have ever used. My family has multiple accounts here…read moreand at least once a month they will either deposit in to or withdraw from the wrong account even with deposit slips or withdrawal forms. Then they tell you they can't authorize the correct transaction until you have jumped through so.many hoops that your head spins. I would rather my money be held by the Clinton Foundation or the nearest street corner crack head than for it to be held by this farce of a financial institution. They can never seem to admit their mistakes nor deal with the training issues that cause these constant problems. Please save yourself some financial headaches and busy your money in the back yard instead of giving it to these clowns to use and mismanage.

I started monitoring more closely, and finally got documentation showing the fees were not valid. HOWEVER, they advised they are unable to reverse all of them because they are limited to only ONE a month refund. So, practically they steal money and when you get proof they say they can not refund it because their system only allows one refund a month. Easy way to steal, especially for people that don't monitor their account very very closely.
