Every time we provide more documentation (including court order, death certs, etc.) they ask for more. Never expected this much hassle for $140!! Additionally, they made a decision to deduct Social Security funds from our parents account and return it to SS causing us to nowvhave to deal with SS to get the funds that are owed to the inheritors. Anyone expecting a death in the family needs to convince them to close their accounts ahead of time so their family doesn't have to deal with these rude and inconsiderate people. Better yet, don't deal with these folks at all!

My girlfriend…read moreutilized the services in order to get her taxes straightened out after Harvey, and other back tax issues, and it just turned into more of a nightmare. As it sits, today on August 9, she has not received a return for last year's taxes. Because apparently they were never submitted. While we are at it, according to the IRS's records, the ones from 2016 weren't submitted until June and the ones from 2017 weren't submitted May. When you pay for a service such as this, there is a certain expectation of quality and that has certainly not been met. On top of all of this, Pam is impossible to reach by phone; numerous calls have been sent straight to voicemail (which is full) and not returned. Texts are a better way to get a response, and at this point probably better so we have things in writing with dates and time stamps. Pam has offered nothing in the way of explanation, restitution, or apology. This place is shady, to say the least.
