Absolutely wonderful customer service. I went in to get a rug clean and also ordered a rug pad to…read morego underneath. Massoud was super friendly when dropping off the rug. He then called me to let me know when it was ready to be picked up. I arrived and his wife, Shahin, was there and very friendly. Had a great conversation while picking up my rug and very satisfied with their service! I would definitely recommend their service, and they also seem to have a ginormous rug collection as well!

If there was a scale of 5 negative stars I would give them one…read more I come from Syrian background ,from Aleppo city, an ancient major silk road city , with all the wealth, art, and antiques that stratigic position can bring over thousands of years. Some of the city rugs dealers are mentioned, cited, and referenced in important Oriental rugs books such as Mr.Hampick (an Armenian Syrian rugs dealer runs a family business goes back to more than 200 years ago,his family traded between Syria and Armenia and upon the Armenian genocides they chose to settle in Aleppo and run the business from there). Mr.Hampick is cited in Sir William Eaglton ( who is an American dipolomat served in the near middle east region and one of the most knowledgealble western people on the topic of oriental rugs) the book citing and referencing Mr. Hampick is " An Introduction to Kurdish Rugs and Other Weavings" . Now; my family history roots in Aleppo goes to 700 years ago, they are rugs fanatics, owned and collected oriental and tribal rugs for hundered of years, at home I learnt so much abour rugs, types, standards used to evaluate them.. an so on. I walked the afternoon of Saturday 11/23 /2019 to this rugs Gallery ,with only two of our own collection ( which I know exactly the source, type, age, value of both of them) and I intended to test gentleman knowledge and level of expertise so I can feel comfortable to buy and spend money at his Gallery to expand our (my husband and I) own collection. I thought if gives me the correct information about my rugs,I will definelty start buying. The gentleman turned to be a horrible business man and a crook! He gave me the correct type of one of the rugs but not the other, total failure to estimate the age and value for both of the rugs ( he probably thought I am selling them), however when I corrected for him on the age, he got furious and obnoxious and realized I have fair knowledge and I am not a random customer.I offered to buy right away similar or alike rugs to mine with the prices he was giving, he brought a terrible rug with 3 times the number of stiches per cm2 and with literary holes and terrible shape, and I told him you can not claim its the same , starting by stiches number then rug shape, condition, and age -- he literary started yelling at me and picked up my rugs rudly and disrespectfully and throw them in my face asking me to get out!!! Pathetic business man, realized that he is challenged and his level of expertise is poor and he is DISHONEST so he acted histrionically. One tip reveals how fake this trader is that only real rugs lovers and experts know it: a rug dealer will NEVER EVER step with his shoes on your rug specially if it is a praying size rug not area rug (not mentioning you are already telling them it is put on the lid of the piano). The real rug trader will ask you first if it is okay to walk with shoes on ur rug or you prefer them to be shoeless. I am so sorry - but this Gallery is not an honest business by any means. The lady there was nice though and felt very embarrased by her husband/boss.

I just had the worst experience at the HomeGoods on Ward Parkway. The manager was Maddie, I believe…read moreand the associate was margarita. First of all when I came in Margarita gets on her microphone and reaches out to a manager and says I have two rugs here they don't have the tags on them can I return them? then the manager comes up and she goes well this is one day pass our 30 day return. Sorry I was one day past the return period but I was actually handlingmy husband's funeral. She said you've removed the tags. Well don't most people remove pricetags from items when they buy them and they're using them. I don't leave the tags on items. She was speaking loudly with other customers around and making me feel very embarrassed because I'm returning defective rugs that are one day past the 30 day limit . she says well I can give you a merchandise credit but I can't give you cash back. You know you have a severe customer service issue in the store and I am not the only one that has felt that way about the team in this store. I will use the merchandise credit you issued to me, but I will never ever ever step back into your stores again. Your managers should practice using an indoor voice instead of a loud voice unless that was her whole intent was to make sure the entire store heard what she was saying.
