When disassembling my king size bed there were several loud noises, which should not have occurred, it's not that difficult put together and take apart. After a few days we decided the expensive electric bases were not worth the money. Same guys came back to pick it up along with the owner of the moving company, Abel A. Perez. Once again they disassembled the bed frame to remove the bases. Upon leaving they offered to install the 4 horizontal box spring support slats, which I told them it was easy and I'd do it. The frame felt lose on the right side and I didn't think anything of it. That is until the frame in the right front corner collapsed this morning. After reviewing the frame boards it was obvious they had caused damage that caused the collapse. I contacted Abel and instead of apologizing and offering to make it right his text reply insinuated that I put the bed back together and I must have caused the problem. I was calm until after reading his text reply. Now I'm going to leave reviews everywhere I can. I repaired the bed frame myself, took me about an hour to disassemble the frame, repair the cracked wood, drill new holes, and install new screws. My house is for sale and I was going to use him to move my large household things, now, not a chance. Also, after they left picking up the bases I went into the master bathroom and found something very disgusting. Toilet seat was up and somebody's urine was in the toilet. Not only did they not ask they didn't even flush the toilet. I don't care if they used it, we've all been there and needed to go badly. But leave it the way ya found it, toilet seat down and FLUSHED. Didn't expect to find that in my own house, and in my personal bathroom. If I ever buy from Furniture Row again I will make sure that Abel is not delivering my furniture. And for sure will never think about paying them to move anything I own.

The people there probably do great work with clothing but this outcome was a bit ridiculous. All 3 of these Christmas stocking were done by the same lady. I took the correct one, the gingerbread one, in a few months ago while I finished the other 2. When I brought the other 2 in she said she remembered the gingerbread one because this process is so time consuming and intricate. I said I'd like her to do the same with the newest 2-the stocking shape with a hanger. I told her this twice. And she agreed that she remembered the first she did. When I came to pick them up they were sewn in a rectangular shape, like a placemat. I pointed out the shape and told her that I wanted a Christmas stocking. She said "you never told me that. You have to say that when you bring them in". I agreed to come back, an HOUR's drive from where I live, to get them. I get back and it's a half baked job. They don't even open, they're sewn shut. I'm pretty disappointed for driving so long thinking the Wichita area would have someone good. Could I have left it to have it redone a third time? Sure, but these take about 2-3 months to stitch and would cost a buyer about $350-$500 if I sold them. I didn't want to risk it and will need to find someone that knows what a Christmas stocking needs to look like. The first one turned out great, and I'm baffled as to why the others didn't unless she just didn't really want to do them and should have said so.

Today he replaced the control board for my double oven. They don't even make the part anymore but he was able to find a company that rebuilds them and guarantees their work so I have an oven up and working again for just the cost of the replacement control board and the service call fees instead of $2,800 for a new one which I could not have done. So thankful he's around and how dependable he is. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing work done!
