Wow, just wow. A brief history about me. in the past 7 years I have purchased 6 properties. This very last purchase was a 1031 exchange after having sold one of those 6 properties. I have used different lenders with every transaction and every transaction, up until this one, has been a nightmare. Sooooooooo when my real estate agent friend sung Peter's praises, I was still skeptical but I gave him a call. I reached out to him Feb 1st (went into contract I think February 16th) and it is now march 12th and I closed my property March 9th with a process so flawless I was actually a little worried, because I thought it was to good to be true. I asked him to create a chart showing me what the rental values needed to be based on the selling price, because I had weird parameters surrounding the purchase of this property and wanted to ensure I was looking within reason. He was quick to respond to every email and phone call and made me feel 100% confident in my choice to go with Peter as my loan officer. To make this experience even better, I walked into his office for a couple wet signature documents, and boom, he is an Oriels fan! My family is from Baltimore and I thought that was the coolest thing ever! Peter is a genuinely great person and loan officer. I know there were a few snafus (as there generally is with so many moving parts) and I was unaware of those issues and they were rectified quickly. He knows how to make his clients feel calm cool and collected during a very stressful process.
