APS installed accordion shutters on all the black doors and windows and hurricane fabric across the lanai so that the sliding glass doors will be protected and we will be able to utilize the lanai area for storage in event of storm. The best part was Tim created custom covers which he stuccoed and painted to match our house and they blend in absolutely perfectly. I had been worried that adding hurricane shutters to our home would be ugly- Tim and his team ensured that nothing could be further from the truth. It's beautiful and my family will feel safe and secure when/if a hurricane comes our way.

One said they would have to cut drywall from floor to ceiling and we would have to patch it. Reuben quoted much better rates and he only cut what he needed to cut to install new panel. He cleaned up all his drywall mess and re labeled the new panel. He used the same panel everyone else quoted so he didn't use cheaper materials. He had power back on to the A/C in about 3 hrs then restored the rest of the house. We really appreciated his efforts with a new baby in the house and the house didn't get too uncomfortable. I called and at first I asked for storm shutters, however, the man I spoke with thought a high impact window would serve my needs better. Measurements were taken, the permits obtained and the window ordered with an estimate of 2 months, or possibly more, to get the project done. I am so happy to report that exactly 2 months later Jeff and Jay showed up and it was a real pleasure working with them. The installation took less than a day and because I named my new quiet/safe room "Heaven," you can guess I am very delighted with the outcome. Unknown Damage under the shingles could ... insert almost anything and it's a nightmare. I had gotten four roofing quotes and went with Ed Senez roofing for three reasons. I live in Orange City I wanted to shop local, I had read other reviews and this company has been in business since 1973 and finally the price was fair. Shawn O'Quinn came out and discussed my concerns and came up with an agreement based on my roof project. We were very concerned the roof would exceed the contract amount and actually it did but they honored the contract price. The roof replacement process....imagine a swarm of bees starting at seven am and ripping the shingles off like locust going through a cornfield. If you watch it's rather messy but each roofing person was so professional and any concerns I had faded due to their experience and professionalism. The best part the roof is - it's finished and it is more beautiful than I expected. Every soft spot replaced repaired and perfect. I have never seen people work like these guys and obviously The results have exceeded my expectations.

Ted was excellent he helped me on the phone to try to troubleshoot the issue so that we would at least have AC through the night until he could make it to us the next day. We were unsuccessful with the troubleshooting, no fault of Ted. He came by first thing the next morning and was able to have us back up and running in no time, He walked us through every step and made sure we understood what he was doing the whole time.
