Impressively, then charged me 450 dollars for that stupid incompetent email. All they did was send a standard document request letter to the HOA and charged me over 2500 which I told them clearly, I do not need a new document request letter since I have had it all from previous attorney's record request. Hourly rate between 450 and 525 are insane for DO NOTHING WORK and wasted my time and money after 3,5 months.

I requested a partial refund but received an invoice for additional fees. Some charges appeared to be for withdrawal filings that were initially done incorrectly and resubmitted.
