Initially, Jeromes reviewed the damage and ordered the part, quoting us approximately $500. They said that they did not need anything from us (pictures, old parts, etc.) to complete the maintenance. However, at our appointment they could not complete what was agreed upon because they needed more parts and, in fact, asked us for the original parts. Then, they quoted us a new price (approximately $700) and asked if we could reschedule. The price requote is an issue but the rescheduling might not have been an issue other than we have limited time due to us moving out of state the week of the original appointment. This is frustrating because time is money and a business who does not honor there original agreement and the customer's time is highly suspect. I would not boycott this place just be careful and be precise when discussing price, time, and issues with them.

I came into the shop with a lot of dash lights on and an unknown engine issue. Wes found the problem and fixed it for me. Overall time was roughly an hour and a half, which is the time he told me it would take (awesome). When I was paying for the service nothing additional was added except cost of shop supplies used ($3) and he topped off coolant ($3 or so) and wiper fluid ($2 or so). They offered to drive me somewhere in town, and pick me up after, so I didn't have to sit at the shop, although the shop is VERY clean and comfortable.
