I was Greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner as I was handed a clipboard to complete some paperwork. While completing the papers Judy came out and introduced herself and offered me water/coffee as I continued my papers. Judy brought me to an office and explained the procedure I was having. She wanted to make sure I was fully aware of the procedure and the after care of my skin. What a professional!!! I wanted to wait to mention the laser skin resurfacing procedure that I had done until I found what the results were going to be. Well here are my findings, The procedure was not painful whatsoever and I was informed of every thing that was going to be done Judy took the time to take care of my eyes to ensure that they were safe. This procedure was pain-free and the downtime was about I would say seven days. I followed the skin care routine the Judy advises and I could not be happier. Two more weeks go buy and I had not been contacted. I stopped into see the status and the product was on the shelf. Again the person was suspicious like I was trying to get a product for free or something. I would not have pre paid if I knew this was going to be a hassle.
