Allift ( now C&B Material Handling ) is who we used to service our forklift. They came out to…read morereplace a hydraulic cylinder and do a service on said electric lift. I told the guy doing the work that is was fixing to rain and that the lift wouldn't work if left out in the rain. He left it out in the rain anyway and the lift didn't work anymore. They wanted to leave it sitting outside over the weekend and then work on it on Monday. I refused, and made them tow it to their shop. Over a month later and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so they threw some parts at it and I had them return it to me. It didn't work when it was returned and the lift driver had to fiddle with it just to get it back in my warehouse. I paid for the service and the repair to one hydraulic cylinder ( which is half of the job they had originally been called out for ). The labor bill was outrageous and I called to have the charges explained to me. It took me a week to finally have that conversation because no one would call me back, or someone was on vacation, or they were in a meeting or hadn't arrived yet. We finally agreed that they would cut the bill in half and when the new invoice arrived , they had only reduced the bill by $300. I am paying that invoice and never doing business with them again. Since C&B took over the customer service has been lacking and the maintenance work they do is subpar at best. I suggest using anyone but this company.

When the tow driver got us to the shop, we checked in and asked where they wanted the trailer dropped..... Here is were it all went south. We were told "we (Ward) don't have any place to drop your trailer". Now I'm not saying they were busy and space was limited THEY HAVE NO TRAILER PARKING!!!! So a big truck repair shop has no trailer parking. Ward then says "Ryder is next door you could go talk to them about leaving your trailer with them"..... So I ask is this a deal you have with your neighbor? They reply "no but they have more room than we do". Really?!?! So you claim to be a big rig repair shop but you want us towed in off the road with out a trailer?? So unless you drive a pickup without a trailer.... AVOID THIS PLACE!

Friend had rv issues and was stuck on the road. We got to town 4:30. Could not find store by GPS. Tried to phone store. No answer. Called parts call center. She couldn't get an answer either. Still before 5. Could probably have gotten there if someone had answered the phone to guide us. I will cancel this order. Very disappointed!
