Ok I took my 2012 bmw 750li up there I always know what's wrong with my cars before I drop my stuff off because if there not honest, about it then I won't let them do the job so it was a speed sensor in the transmission that went out he told me I needed a transmission. So I took tcm and shipped it off they fixed it I put it back on and the car still rolling now. So now I have my other car up there just to add fluid to the transmission because we pulled the line and some came out he asked me where is it was leaking from I told him I dont know I just wanted him to put fluid in it he told me a half of day to do it my car has now been up there since Thursday the 12th but I did record everything before I dropped my car off now Monday when they open I'll see what they say if they tell me I have a leak then I'll take it to the shop I always use. They didn't have a spot for me that day that's the only reason I went back over here but I forgot about how then did me but now that I'm rethinking I'm glad I recorded everything cause if they tell me anything else but my fluid was low I'm gonna blast them out this time read more

These guys are lifesavers. I was finishing an overhaul on my 4L60E transmission I found myself short a manual valve linkage rod and servo retainer clip. These parts amount to about $10 by themselves but about $40 in shipping if you want them faster than two weeks. I decided to try some transmission shops assuming they might have some laying about. Mr. Transmission did and they were more than happy to help me out. Customer service was obviously a priority and was excellent. No doubt, if my home garage overhaul doesn't do the trick They will get the next crack at my transmission. read more

My vehicle was recently towed from another car care center to Mr. Transmission due to a transmission cooler line that was leaking they did not feel qualified to repair. The Manager Chris that I worked with at Mr. Transmission evaluated the problem and discovered it was the result of an error made by another company from previous work on the vehicle. Chris contacted the company on my behalf and as a result the company made good on their work. My outcome would have been much different and I would have incurred a significant expense had it not been for the technical expertise, time, effort and intervention on my behalf without the help of Chris. And he did not charge me anything. I was not aware of all of the vehicle services provided by Mr. Transmission as I thought it was transmission repair only. However, my vehicles will be taken there for service going forward. Had my check engine light come on while out of town and was referred to Chris at Mr. Transmission. I ended up needing to have the entire transmission replaced! Chris made my worst nightmare such an easy process. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and did everything he could to get me back on the road safe as soon as possible. Everyone at Mr.Transmission was so nice and helpful. They worked with me every step of the way and went out of their way to make sure I understood what all they were doing. Chris gave us updates on my car everyday, and kept me informed about why issues like the ones in my transmission occur and how to practice optimal upkeep going forward. They wanted $2400 to rebuilding my transmission. It then went like a used car deal where the guy eventually got down to $1500. I told them I did not want them to rebuild it but they wouldn't stop trying to make a deal. It seemed strange the price had dropped $900. I went and had it rebuilt by someone else and they found parts missing from when Mr.Transmission had taken it apart. I called and Mr.Transmission had some of the parts they forgot to put back in when they put it back together. I had to drive all over town getting the parts and retrieving the parts they still had. The guy at the front desk doesn't listen,lies and has very poor business skills. The other shop that rebuilt my transmission did everything for less than $1000. That's $1400 less than what Mr.Transmission originally wanted!!!! DON'T GO TO THE MR.TRANSMISSION IN MOBILE!!!!!!! They will rip you off!!! read more
