After researching online, I came across Dr. Sarah Rose's name when I did an online search. I was pleasantly surprised how close this practice is to my office. It's a 10 minute walk or two minute drive. Also, the office is pretty fancy with their coffee, tea, hot chocolate machine. I had to ask for assistance. This is the second doctor's office that I've gone to that is this fancy. Dr. Rose was gentle, which I appreciated as I hate all wellness exams that require any physical contact or pressure. She was also kind, patient, and thorough in her response and explanations. I am so happy to have found Dr. Rose and this practice.

They don't remember anything from prior visits, there's barely any follow-through & everything feels rushed & impersonal. Now, they've added insult to injury by announcing that they're going to start charging patients for basic services--things we can't even do ourselves. Even something as simple as a prescription refill feels like you're bothering the nurse or PA. It's crystal clear: they don't care about patient well-being anymore, they just care about squeezing more money out of you. And to top it all off, they had the nerve to send out this email announcing the new fees--while shamelessly promoting their extra services at the bottom. As if we'd want to pay for even more after being told we'll now be charged for the basics. The lack of self-awareness is shocking. I even went back & removed the 5-star review I once left. This office is not what it used to be--it's become disorganized, disconnected & profit-driven. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone anymore.

I was referred to her almost halfway through my twin pregnancy and am beyond thankful that I landed in her care. She is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond. I had some issues pop up at the end of my pregnancy and was very nervous about delivery- she made me feel calm and ensured she was the one who was there to deliver them despite having personal family plans, which I cannot thank her enough for. Our delivery went smoothly and although I live a bit away from their office, will continue to see her for routine visits.

My first visit was with a provider I don't remember, but who was perfectly fine. Next year, I booked with Dr. Andre, and had a less-than-stellar experience. She was over 30 minutes late to my appointment, after the nurse had already taken my information and set me up in the room. She scolded me for venturing out of the room to look for someone and then when she finally saw me was pretty condescending and dismissive of some concerns I had. I gathered she had to attend to an emergency right before my appointment, so as a human I can appreciate that may have been an exceptionally difficult day for her, but as a patient that doesn't make what I experience ok. I wish that would have been handled differently, even if I were just offered the chance to reschedule. Next year, I determined to schedule with someone else and was seen by Erica Lybarger. I really liked her bedside manner and found her friendly and engaging. I really appreciate her gentle approach and how dedicated she is towards helping patients manage any pain. This year I saw her again and still enjoyed meeting with her. However, after our review of some birth control methods, I went home and researched the options we discussed and found out she had misconstrued some of the side effects, avoided mentioning some risks, and left out one significant valid option. Reading both legitimate medical pages on these options as well as other patients' experiences with side effects made me uncertain I could trust the information she provides and I decided to seek a different provider based on my GP's recommendation. Ultimately, I think a patient could still have a good experience with this practice and even with both the providers I am reviewing. I just decided based on the care I received that i want to receive more reliable support elsewhere instead of trying a new provider within the practice.

I walked in at 11:16 AM, and Dr. Parikh flat-out refused to see me, providing zero explanation or flexibility for being one minute late. As a first-time expectant mom, these appointments mean the world to me. To be turned away after an hour of stressful driving was heartbreaking, but the attitude of the staff made it worse. The receptionists were completely unsympathetic and acted like I was a bother. A little kindness or a simple smile would have gone a long way, especially since turning me away means waiting another three weeks for an appointment. I ultimately decided not to reschedule. He really goes out of his way to get to know his patients and make them feel comfortable. He never makes you feel rushed like some doctors, and his office is always on time with appointments which I appreciate. Most importantly, he's just a great doctor. Last year when I was pregnant I discovered I had a large ovarian cyst. The OBGYN I was seeing at the time was quick to suggest I'd need surgery when I was only a few weeks pregnant, even though my cyst was showing signs of getting smaller. I went to see Dr. Yuri for a second opinion and he ended up saving me from a risky and unnecessary surgery. He was very thorough and carefully explained all of my options to me. I was totally comfortable in his office and I was not rushed. America who works for him, is a wonderful and kind person. She is helpful and promptly responds to emails and phone calls. They are high tech; I love the use of phreesia (spelling?). What I loved and appreciated the most was that after my surgery in May, he went out and spoke to my husband, a non health care oriented person, and put him at ease.
