He is such a fantastic doctor. He really listens and has always answered all my questions. I use the portal when I have questions or concerns and they are SUPER quick to get back to me. I have never sat more then a few minutes in the waiting room for an appointment. The front desk staff could be a little warmer.

He talked to the boys, asked them questions, and explained everything in detail, even explaining to my younger son how vaccines work. My older son left saying that the medical field actually seemed more interesting than he thought it would be. We were all given plenty of time to ask any questions we had, and explanations were offered in as much detail as we wished for. All in all, I was very happy with the visits.

At my first visit to the office I forgot my identification in the car and staff was honestly incredibly rude about me taking longer to filling out paperwork. I also was measured incorrectly during my physical exam. The office dog was the only saving grace, but contacting the doctor or office while getting treatment was nearly impossible because they only had an answering machine, and call back protocol.
