The therapists also take time to get to know their client's reasons for seeking massage therapy. They have restrooms and cubby holes in the exercise/group class area for your belongings. I love that it is INSIDE of the room so you don't have to worry about security of your things like other studios (where your things are out in the lobby). Equipment: They have squat racks, benches, exercise balls, row machines..all sorts of things. Also, there are mats if you forget your yoga mat. Extras: They offer massages and have the most chic, cozy and relaxing space for their massage rooms. I was surprised at how big it was! I really liked the introduction but definitely need to build more core strength and do PT on my injured knee. Jelena was great, clear instruction and didn't make anyone feel uncomfortable or lacking in knowledge, as an instructor should, being knowledgeable and building connections thru teaching the terminology and basics which I really really loved. She would do minor or simple adjustments to form and was very encouraging especially when we'd correct ourselves. All in all I really enjoyed myself and hopefully will be back in the future. My knee locked up and my hip sciatica did get triggered twice and that's nothing to do with instructors or anything, so I want to slowly build up on my strength and endurance before committing to reformer Pilates. I've been training with Will McIntosh for 6 months and I I'm not planning on stopping…read more I'll keep it brief but I hit a plateau with my training, wasn't able to increase my weight or gain noticeable muscle mass I struggled like this for at least 4 months until a friend of mine recommended McIntosh (then working at LA fitness) I won't exaggerate when I say in five weeks I attained what I did not believe was possible. I actually might have quit taking bodybuilding and fitness seriously had I not started training with him. He was knowledgeable enough to correct minor form inaccuracies and tweak my rest periods (there were other things but these were the principle adaptations) to set me on the right track towards visible improvement and continually breaking PRs. His knowledge as a nutritionist helped me break out of my under eating habits and actually drew out a meal plan FOR FREE for me after a session one day just out of the blue. He pushed me harder than any other trainer, but I was happy to put in the work to actually get results. Highly recommended.

Theu understand what you are capable and push you to make the best out of your exercise. I love how they explain everything to the tiniest details and appreciate your efforts. As a beginner, it helped me a lot! Their convenient showers (2) are available for you after a workout to freshen yourself up. The showers are fully equipped you don't need to bring anything (see pictures). If you are looking for a gym where you feel better after each session, bStrong is your place! My training buddy today was a 60-something year old lady, who just decided to start going to the gym. We had so much fun and she was so inspiring!
