I've taken classes taught by every instructor -- their instructions are clear and they always put an emphasis on safety and care. The instructors quickly troubleshoot each student's execution of the techniques and provide individualized tips or customizations to accommodate individual strengths or weaknesses (e.g., a less flexible back, etc.). Often, the instructors will demonstrate the technique 1:1, showing how a correct execution should feel -- super helpful. I've trained with many other students so far, and I've experienced that same caring energy and focus on teaching from each of them. The techniques are also available online with great emphasis on detail, which further eases and accelerates learning both before and after class. The sessions are simultaneously challenging, enjoyable, intellectually stimulating, and a great workout. Also big thanks to coach Ben, with whom I've trained the most -- a fantastic teacher! NAK2 is an excellent team to train and learn BJJ with, and I couldn't be more excited about this gym and their classes.

Muay Thai Champion in Bangla, Thailand as well as S1 Championship in Phuket Thailand. Master Saohin holds a combined Boxing and Muay Thai record of 88 fights with 70 wins, 47 knockouts, and 18 losses. Master Souhin has also fought for the WBA World Championship two times, WBO World Championship one time, and challenged many title holders of WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO, WBF IBO, OPBF and fought Lumopine and Rajadomnern Champions in Thailand. Not all fighters make great coaches, but Master Saohin excels at both. He's taught in Thailand at Tiger Muay Thai, but also he taught Muay Thai and Muay Boran. His Muay Thai style is strongly influenced by his boxing, which I love. He's also a Muay Boran instructor. He just traveled back to Luktupfah Muay Thai and Muay Boran academy in Bangkok to renew his certifications. Anytime I train with him, I learn new things. Inherent in the culture of the sport is mutual respect and sportsmanship, and Muay Thai Iyarin embodies that. Naturally, there is the option for heavier sparring for those in the intermediate and advanced classes--but even then, communication is emphasized...sometimes you've got an injury, sometimes you just don't want to go hard, etc. It's all about talking and getting on the same page. I joined specifically because I was told there were ladies-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes. As a complete beginner, I was only comfortable training in a women-only environment, and that was the primary reason I chose this gym. I spent nearly $500 on a punch card and required training gear based on that understanding. When I signed up, Luke specifically told me that the punch card would not expire. Months later, I was informed that it actually had a six-month expiration policy. More importantly, the ladies-only classes that were the entire reason I enrolled were eventually removed from the schedule altogether. When I raised concerns, the solution offered was for me to attend regular mixed-gender classes. That completely missed the point. I had been clear from the beginning that I was not comfortable training with men and would not have signed up otherwise. I attempted to find a reasonable resolution and even suggested alternatives, including one-on-one instruction. Instead, my refund request was denied despite the fact that the specific program I signed up for no longer exists. What I found most disappointing was the lack of professionalism and accountability. After spending hundreds of dollars and making multiple efforts to resolve the matter respectfully, I was left with services I cannot use, no meaningful solution, and ultimately no response to my follow-up email. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend T3MA.

I see a lot of reviews, here complaining about customer service soon after enrolling and would advise those individuals to get in touch with Eric, if you can before writing a bad review or quitting the gym in 2 weeks of joining like I had planned to do. 425 Fitness has great workout equipment, classes, and most of all the relaxing hydro massage chairs, I have not seen anywhere else. And of course, a manager who listens and understands the importance of maintaining member loyalty.
