    My father has been a loyal customer of this business for years now. He ordered 150 gallons of oil…read morefrom Serv-all on November 6th. He ordered 150 gallons so that while he was in the hospital getting open heart surgery, the pipes would not freeze. I came home after being at the hospital for 13 straight hours to an invoice from Serv all in the mailbox and no oil in the tank. No oil was delivered, but of course someone was able to hand deliver an invoice for the imaginary 150 gallons. We ended up running out of oil and having no heat for the next week and a half, as I called serv all multiple times for the next few days and I was told by a manager that the driver said he delivered the oil to a black tank at the back of the house and the red tank was not connected to the house. I was flabbergasted as the red tank has been the only tank EVER to be on the back of the house and the tank is and always has been connected to the house. The driver apparently went back to the house the next day and said the black tank was now gone and he had no idea what happened. Nancy proceeded to tell me that someone MUST have siphoned out 150 gallons of oil, disconnected the supposed black 275 gallon tank and carried it off the property...... When I told her I refuse to pay, she said "we can't eat the loss on those 150 gallons". I told her that someone is lying and it is not me. I was so taken aback that she had the audacity to say that they couldn't eat the loss on their mistake, implying that I should suffer the consequences of their mistake while my dad almost died in the hospital from complications from surgery. After multiple days of being told someone would call me back, I showed up to the office in person. Finally, they sent a manager and the driver to the house and they were able to see that there was no black tank and no other oil connection to the house as they claimed. They still refused to give the money back and charged my father. Sickening and disgusting.

    I bought a phone, case and screen protector at a Russell Cellular Verizon store in Maine while on…read morevacation. Without asking me, they installed the screen protector .... incorrectly as it had a big air bubble and cracked from the middle out the first day. We were on a road trip so when I returned home I contacted Russell Cellular. They said as it was less than a week, go to the closest store...Pawling... and they will replace it. Apparently when you Google and call the local store, you are reaching Corporate. The Pawling manager (?) Christian was extremely rude to me. Would not acknowledge Corporate's solution. Very rude. Condescending. After calling from my car to Russell Cellular's Customer Resolution, I was able to go back in the store and get my new screen protector that I will install myself. Christian seemed subdued. This is a $60. Item. To quote my husband " That kid may be a wiz with phones. But has not been trained in customer service.." So yes to Russell Cellular....no to the Pawling Verizon store.

    I drove 20 miles to this store to get a new set top box for my TV. The salesperson gave me a used…read moreone, without the cables,etc. I called Verizon and they approved an upgrade, since they had no new boxes of the same type I returned. I was assured all parts were in the new package and checked before leaving, only to learn when I tried to install the box at home that the wrong cable was packed. The cable didn't fit the box with which it was allegedly factory packed.. The salesperson must have put another used unit in a new package, but neglected to swap compatible cables. Absolutely contemptible.
