Then proceeded to plug in charge the phone stating that the motherboard is ok, but the screen is shot, starts looking up the model of my phone then walks to the back. I presumed he was looking for the pin needed to open my phone come back with a phone that does not make the model I have says they don't have my model then takes the other one back. Comes back grabs his laptop and states he will have to look up replacement parts and price. Just then a fed-ex driver comes in delivering a package to which he puts down the laptop to get the package and have a conversation with the driver. I unplugged my phone and left. Frist. You were rude and completely disregarded the services I requested. Second, I was NEVER asked if I wanted a new phone or to have my phone repaired. However, there was something blocking inside the Ipad. He immediately took it over to the Geek Squad to check it out and they found a very small piece of metal from a previous charger.
