I went to The Cave's Facebook page and I clicked on the make an appointment tab. The process of setting up an appointment was very easy and the steps were easy to follow. I set up my appointment with Shayla. I've used the same barber for years, so I was a little skeptical when I first took a seat in her chair. Shayla asked me a few questions about my haircut and she then went to work. Once Shayla was done and I took a look in the mirror and I have to admit that she had just given me one of the best haircuts I have ever received. I was really impressed with the straight razor work. I haven't had a straight razor shave since I was a kid and Shayla's lines and shave were amazing. The atmosphere of The Cave is relaxed and welcoming. The employees were friendly and nice also. Talking to the guy I learned that it was "appointment only", but fortunately he had an opening after the guy he was finishing up. Really friendly guys, usually they have some car show on the big screen, it's your typical little barber shop. Calling a day or two in advance for an appointment is normally more than adequate. I think they do that because there isn't much seating or parking, plus you don't have to wait! I haven't even bothered checking out any other barbers in town, I'm more than happy with the quality and service here. As long as they keep things the same I'll be a customer for life.

Not only does she provide a great cut, she listens to what you want and helps you figure out the best cut and style based on your hair. I love Joyce! While they accept walk-in, it's really easy to make an appointment online as well through their website. They make it easy to manage your reservation through text and you'll receive a confirmation reminder the day before as well! I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment last week and it very user friendly. The new salon, which opened at the beginning of 2021 is gorgeous! It's right off of Walton Blvd so it's super easy to stop by when running around town. It's very spacious and clean, which is always a plus.
