Super cute local coffee shop in Scottsbluff. I was greeted right when I came in and the staff were so friendly. I love the decor and the vibe of the place. It's open, cozy, and a great place to study. They have free wifi and plenty of places to sit! They also have board games you can play. I got a blueberry scone that tasted more like a blueberry muffin than a scone. It was good, but not exactly what I was wanting. I got the white rabbit (white mocha and caramel) iced and it was very sweet. I wish I got something stronger. I would definitely come back if I am in Scottsbluff and try other things! When looking for a new coffee shop I always look for foam art in the pictures and a cortado on the menu. Typically when you see good foam art it means the barista cares about the product they're serving. A cortado on the menu is a good sign you won't be fooled with candy coffee. They want you to taste their beans. I came for the horchata latte and wasn't disappointed. The muffin had a moist center and a top that crumbled. My latte was so freaking hot I got burned bad, both my tongue and the roof of my mouth, like lawsuit bad. I don't even know how you can get coffee this hot. It wasn't even to go, so I don't understand why it needed to be so hot, it's not like i was going to drink it later. But anyway, i paid for it so i ended up getting a to go cup and it is one of the worst latte's i've had in my life. It tasted burnt. I don't even know how you can make coffee taste like that. I don't want to be mean but it was really that bad, i had to toss it. It tasted burnt and bitter at the same time. I was able to eat the half panini I ordered and it was aight. I was burping on the way back home and the taste was kind of grossing me out. But hey, i get it, it's the middle of nowhere, people have very few options here. I hope this isn't too mean because I appreciate the girl has her own business and is making it work but it's the truth. I stopped by a place in north platte that was a lot better just to get the taste out of my mouth. It was also the same price. It was hard to eat because of my 3rd degree burns. Very friendly and polite server. We kind of did an ala carte order where we made up our own croissant fillings. I had a tomato, spinach, green pepper, sausage and provolone croissant. My daughter had something similar but I wasn't paying attention to her actual order. We ordered two caffeinated drinks. Our order seemed slightly elevated in the cost after delivering to our table. I think we paid too much but I didn't get a receipt and couldn't remember everything that was ordered, I didn't have my glasses to read the menu on the wall and the handheld menu showed no price so there's the age factor, LOL. So maybe their price was right. You'll have to visit them to find out. They're worth the visit. Breakfast was good coffee was good. Perfect temperature for latte. I read a review on here where someone posted that the latte was like "lawsuit hot" but seriously, that is only for being over dramatic and being a sissy. Sure the latte is hot, it's supposed to be so suck it up buttercup! If you can't drink it, let it cool... Last time I was here was 4 years ago when I was in town. A delightful coffee shop in Scottsbluff that brews as high quality coffee as you'd expect to find 3 hours south in Denver. On separate visits I had a house blend coffee and a latte. Both were very good. Seating to accommodate large groups and individuals, and it seems to always have activity. If you're in town, you should plan on stopping by. read more

This place has grown so much since I last visited years ago. The decor is superb and makes this place really come together. Parking is close and it's downtown so kind of nice to walk to. Vibe here is really laid back and service is very friendly/prompt. Also free wi-fi is a plus. I took the time to sit down and try some of their food and it was amazing. I have gone in here a couple times and will be back. I love the no sugar added smoothies. It is hard to find companies that do not pile sugar into them. The scone was really good too . All the employees are nice. It's clean . One morning I ordered a breakfast burrito and added spinach and onion. I'm sure something just went wrong. It had 1 piece of spinach in the bottom. I only have positive things to say about this establishment. I was in dire need of a cup of coffee after a long day on the road. I saw the reviews and stopped in. They have a huge menu and make the coffee anyway you want it, and actually have almond and oat milk! I had my pup in the car, so I ordered him a puppacino (a hefty sized one that puts Starbucks to shame and free!). Also I realized I haven't had real food other than fast food in the past 2 days, driving from Michigan to Colorado. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich. I stepped outside while they were making my Mexican coffee and sandwich and gave my pup his beverage - which he inhaled! By the time my dog was done, so was my food. I came back in and they flagged me down! I thanked them for their hospitality and just how nice they were! When you're not in your home state, you never know what to expect, but I just want to say thank you for your kindness to an out of Towner and a special request for her dog. Also, the Buffalo chicken sandwich was the best thing I've eaten all week! That could be the KFC and Wendy's talking, but I should have ordered two! If anyone plans to stop for coffee and/or a meal, this is where you need to go! And you'll be greeted by the 2 most chill and sweetest baristas I've met in my travels. A delightful gem on the old main street of Scottsbluff, Cappuccino and Company is an unassuming storefront that hides a warm room, friendly staff, with delicious beverages & food. Their Thai coffee is a delicious mix of sweet milk, cardamon and toddy coffee that is so yummy, I had to keep reminding myself to slow down and savor it. The rest of my party had a mix of coffee and tea drinks along with the panini sandwiches (as did I) and everything was fresh, flavorful and a treat. The assortment of baked goods at the counter looked *amazing*, but we were all good and stuck to our lunches. A shoutout to the desk manager at the La Quinta Inn that tipped us off. Thank you! I didn't personally care for it. I ordered a standard cup of dark roast and was given a cup and told to go to the carafe and get it. Now here's the problem(s)- 1. I paid the same amount here as I do everywhere else, but everywhere else makes the coffee and hands it to me in a cup.(novel idea, huh?) 2. I'm a coffee dude, and I can tell that the coffee had been in there longer than it should have been and had stopped being fresh some time ago. 3. The barista seemed to be preoccupied because I was an afterthought and a nuisance and it was obvious. This surely can't always be the case because it seems popular, but this was my experience.
