My jowls are already starting to sag and I was left with 2 dents in my upper forehead, scars above both eyebrows, uneven ears and one earlobe that is totally attached to the side of my upper jaw. When I visited him with my concerns, he only offered to unattached the one earlobe. The nice Dr. Bovenzi was no longer present as he insulted me by telling me ears were always uneven and by the way, my eyes were uneven, too. Now, I am already scheduling surgery with a reputable plastic surgeon for surgical repairs and a face lift, eye-lift, and laser to hopefully remove/improve the scaring. As she was walking me out, she told me she was not going to charge me for the bump removal on this visit - GREAT right? NOT. I was billed for the procedure, granted it was not a lot but the principal of it. When I called to discuss with the billing dept., it was to say the least frustrating. When I told them the doc did not do the procedure, that he left the room and a girl came in to do it, she says "I don't know who that could have been", as if I made it up. I did NOT come up with what I was told and was made to feel as if I just wanted out of a bill - NOT the case. Next time (not at this office though) I will get what someone tells me in writing and will not leave until everyone if aware of what is expected for billing. I can no longer recommend this facility. They used to be good but feel they have lost touch with caring for their patients. Growing too big is a thing.....

Your rep when they called me back said I should see an 'eye doctor'. When I asked what type of doctor he was at a loss. How is this possible when you specialize in eye reconstruction? I explained I had seen two opthmalogical surgeons and needed someone more on the cosmetic side. They still had no idea. I gave up and hung up and then called back asking that the rep chat with the doctor and get a speciality or a name. No response. Truly shameful. From the look of this it appears that this group is running a high end sell shop. Your reps make the sale or 'pitch' but have no expertise. Doctors then only choose the most renumerative cosmetic procedure. Certainly your hippocratic oath to do no harm or perhaps guide those in need is missing. My guess is that there are a lot of unhappy outcomes. In short unless you are only 8 tersted in expensive cosmetic work dont come here. I have no idea about the quality of their work but my experience has red flag all over it.

He fixed a deviated septum, and I think he did other things while he was fixing that, I don't really remember, but breathing was so much easier after the surgery. He cured my allergies and I went from having 4-5 sinus infections a year to zero. I have now developed a very very annoying cough due to a drip, and he has been there with me in trying to figure out what it is and how to cure it before I go crazy. He is kind, funny and has wonderful bedside manner. You don't feel rushed in his office and you feel like a real person rather than just a number.

Unfortunately, the laser scar revision sessions I had did not work out for me and made my skin tremendously worse and more uncomfortable. Dr. Weber didn't do anything wrong, as he just did his job. However, please be careful when doing any laser work and start slowly and with low settings. You can always go more intense later. It's better than burning your skin and turning it into intensely hot and painful redness. I've had to get psychiatric help and be medicated to help deal with the anxiety and depression. The decision to get laser surgery ruined my life and the permanent redness and burning from Dr. Weber's lasers makes living extremely hard. Please be careful. I just wanted to share my experience in case anyone is on the fence about laser work. Be careful; you probably look fine, and things can get way worse from laser work. What was once a small minor scar has turned into something infinitely worse.

Had some issues with the prescriptions they prescribed. Had to go back in to see the other doctor in order to get the issue resolved. Neither doctor agreed on each other's prescribed method. Again, had issues with the prescriptions prescribed and was given the incorrect co-pay assistance card. The nurse assistant to the doctor left a message and when I called back, I was told she was with patient. When I asked if I could leave a message or leave her a voice mail, I was told "no" by the person answering the phone. I then asked when the best time to call her back, I was told "I don't know." I tried calling back an hour or so later and got the same responses. I called back again. . . and guess what? yep! same rude response, at this point I had found out what it was going to cost for some of the services they had recommended I go through out of pocket and I decided to cancel the appointments, suddenly I then was told that the person I was trying to get a hold of was assisting in a surgery. There's a BIG difference between being with a patient and surgery. But why couldn't they take a message and have the person return the call versus having patients keep calling in over and over and over? The nurse assistant did call me back and was EXTREMELY rude to me and refused to provide the co-pay assistance card. This all happened back in the December/January time frame. I went back today to purchase some product that they had sold me previously for $18 . . . they tried to charge me $96 for it this time . . . .seriously?????? Greed! My goal was to go up at least one cup size, but at 8+ weeks post-op I still fit my old 36C bras and even my sports bras. There's no real size increase--just slight upper fullness. I raised concerns about size on the day of surgery and asked about going bigger but was told they don't change implants that day. I trusted their guidance, and that was a mistake. At my follow-up, I brought my old bras to show there was no difference. Instead of addressing it, I was cut off, minimized, and told about "fluffing." Dr. Centeno was dismissive, and I did not feel heard. This isn't about healing--implants don't grow. It's about size selection and not listening to the patient. I didn't pay $7K to still wear my old bras and need padding to get the look I asked for.
