This office overcharges for everything. Additionally, they charge you a credit card surcharge but don't warn you of this charge when you make a credit card payment. I had my receipt emailed to me and when I opened it I discovered the surcharge. Dishonest and greedy practice. read more

Dr Fritz and her dental hygienist were very good. However, when I needed a procedure, the office quoted me one price and then charged me that price directly after the procedure. Approximately two weeks after my procedure, they billed me double the price that I paid originally and which they quoted me for. They let me know that other charges and a co-pay came up without their knowledge. And my experience with the medical system, It is not difficult to check the co-pay of an insurance provider before quoting a price for the service. I would've understood if the estimate was few dollars off, but this was, a 100% increase in price. I let them know that this practice degrades my trust in the business and I won't be returning. My hygienist Kayleen is the BEST I've ever had, extremely gentle as well as through. She and Dr. Fritz explain everything to you in very understandable terms. DO NOT COME HERE! WORST DENTAL OFFICE. Under no circumstances do ever allow them to do any procedures on you until they get an approval from your insurance first that your procedure is covered!!!! They will lie and later make you pay because whatever they say might not be covered. I walked in last year for a checkup and they told me I need scaling and irrigation because I have boneless. Apparently I needed this intense cleaning procedure. They gave me a sheet of paper with the cost breakdown and told me that my insurance will cover most of it. I only agreed because I was ok with paying my small portion, and the rest was going to be covered by insurance. I ended up paying around $250 out of pocket. $770 should have been covered by insurance. So, my insurance doesn't see any bone loss in the x-ray documentation and they refuse to pay. They are saying there is no bone loss. Hannah is absolutely useless at the front desk. My insurance told me she refuses to send documentation they are asking for. I had to call back and forth numerous times because she doesn't know how to do her job. They LIED to me about having bone loss just so they can take my money. Hannah said they will have a phone conversation with the insurance to provide more proof and that was a lie as well. That call never happened. Why should she bother, she got my $770. My insurance lady told me how Hannah said to her that they finally got me to pay and was laughing. Well, threatening me with collections, of course I'll pay. They also refused to work with me to lower that cost when I asked them. The good reviews on here must be fake or paid for. My friends that recommended this place won't be coming back. BE AWARE!! MAKE THEM run your suggested procedure through your insurance first and make sure it will get paid before you allow them to do anything!!! Also, the 2nd technician was absolutely horrible, I had the worst pain the entire time she was cleaning my teeth. read more

I wish I had switched to this dentist sooner! Wonderful facility, thorough exam and time taken to explain everything and show me xrays and photos of the trouble spots. Estimate was prepared for cavity filings when I went to check out so I know ahead of time what it'll cost. My last dentist was rather "old school" but Dr. Fritz has what seems to be some state of the art equipment melded with a comfortable, homey office and lobby. Very pleased! read more

I visited this office for a second opinion about my crown with Dr.Fritz. I brought all my x-rays and other docs with me. The doctor spent with me for about 4-5 mins and agreed to work with me on my crown. I left the office without any charges, but after few days, I got a bill from their office for oral exam ($71). I tried contacting the office few times to negotiate this bill because I wanted to get my crown done with them, but unfortunately, the office staff was not very helpful. I've been to other offices for second opinion and nobody charged me for that. This is one of those offices that charges you for everything without giving you any notice, and you don't want to be treated like that. read more

First let me say Dr. Fritz is an excellent dentist, however I will no longer recommend this office. My last experience there was horrible. I went in for a scheduled procedure and the tech did not know what I was there for and did not explain anything to me. On top of that, I was charged an additional $340 (after already paying $175 day of procedure) due to lack of initiative and poor communication from the office staff. They were less than helpful in resolving this issue. Unfortunately I will now be switching practitioners. read more
