I pay $200 (some are paying like $250) but the apartments across the street are only $100. 2) You have to pay a fee to pay your rent. 3) They loop your rent and your parking into one so if you need to break you're lease (which is 2 months of rent plus concessions), be prepared to pay two months of parking as well cause management are sneaky cons as if they didn't know this was happening. 4) I've personally seen management change my ledger and claimed I didn't make a full payment when I always do - and I usually pay a little more for the water and trash. I went down to dispute and they said I never did and I asked for the ledger and told them everything looked right and I was caught up and they said "that's with me moving this around".... Nahhh, nice try. 5) The garage gets broken into. 6) Things get stolen in the garage. 7) The package room has been broken into. 8) My e-bike was stolen from their "secured" bike room and they don't do anything for you other than call the cops. Like, we trust you to keep your rooms locked and secured, the least you could do is comp a month of parking or something. 9) They've supposedly hired security to walk around at night. I've seen this once when they first supposedly started. I haven't seen them since. 10) I do like the layout of my apartment. This place use to be pretty good until new management took over. 11) It's about $25/month for trash give or take and they're finally doing valet trash and recycling which is nice.

Due to a change in…read morejobs my commute time to work has doubled, gasoline prices have also doubled, toll roads are very expensive, and the new apartment owners have increased their rents significantly (this will be a deterrent for commuters). That combination plus some other issues had made it necessary for me to move. Now to my review: Evelyn, the apartment manager, and Serafin, the maintenance manager at Silver Oak, have kept this place groomed and spotless. Since I had to look for a new apartment, I had the opportunity to see how other apartment complexes are being run and taken care of. Honestly, there is almost no comparison! The grounds here are clean and updated; if ever there is an overload at the trash and recycle containers at night, by next morning it is picked up and cleaned up. No trash, debris and grime in the buildings hallways. The grounds are lush with beautiful big trees, blooming bushes, manicured lawns and flowers. This property shows well because the manager and maintenance manager are on top of it. The cabana with pool, jacuzzi, and work-out room are clean and maintained on a constant level. Everything is timely and un-cluttered. When there is a need for repairs or replacements, Serafin will be prompt and get it done well. There usually is very little wait time. Once when my washer broke and I reported it to Evelyn in the morning, by the time I got home in the evening, a new one had been installed. Same with my refrigerator. During the pandemic, Evelyn would walk the buildings and deliver packages. As a matter of fact, when I left the complex last Saturday at around 7:00PM (the office closes at 5:00PM) I saw Evelyn walk around delivering packages! The reason I did not give it a 5 star has to do with the interiors. While many are updated, there still are some, like my former unit, that needs an overhaul. I am sure Evelyn and Serafin will take care of it now that I have moved out. This is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived at, and I will miss the safety and serenity of the greenery of this Pacific Northwest suburban oasis :) Thank you!!

Not only was it in the area I had been wanting to live in (close to my daughter's school as well as in a great neighborhood) but it was the right size of a complex and off a main road with lots of close places (grocery stores, fast food, Hwy 99 and the great town of Edmonds). The small complex has a green area around it and to this day I still love to sit on my deck and look at the trees, watch the squirrels and birds. We live in a nice 2 bd, 1 ba. VERY spacious! with a lot of light. It has all the amenities that I was wanting and more (W/D, Dishwasher and a wood burning Fireplace) and the price is great for the size and location. Plenty of parking!! It is also quiet and the tenants all seem to get along, very friendly. The manager has been great and if there are any issues he is there that day or the next and always there if an emergency comes up. I had one thing I wanted to put up in my place and he was very kind to help. A lot of the tenants like to recycle and he was great to add on an extra service to accommodate us. He even discussed adding composting! I have had to deal with larger complexes and managers who are not on top of anything or care about their tenants. Not so at Woodridge. The manager makes sure things are being done and taken care of and notices when something is out of place. It's very refreshing to have someone care about the people and where we live. I do not plan to move from here as I found a home, but I would recommend anyone to live here as you would be lucky and would love it as much as I do.
