We found Brendan and Caprika Realty when our neighbors sold their home in 2018. We thought they did a great job marketing that home via open houses and social media posts with videos of the interior. We were honestly shocked (in a good way) at what the home sold for. When we decided to sell our existing home and purchase new in 2020, we gave him a call.
