Got invited to a "workshop" about Rotator cuff issues/shoulder issues. So I signed up and attended. What an absolute waste of time. Yes only two people showed up but I got the impression we were going to dig into shoulder issues, contributing issues, talk about alternative therapies, maybe talk about some exercises etc. . Nope turned out to be basically "hey this is what we do as naturopaths or chiroprators, sports therapy ... Maybe if more people showed up would have been more of a discussion and less of a fishing expedition on their side.. but was done in less than 15 minutes... so not a lot of waste of time but will be hard pressed to consider them for that alone. I should have guessed so shame on me but they were attentive in their follow up about being there.. just had nothing to say...

Let me start with, I was in so much discomfort a few months ago but coming here + following both to Dr Ashley + Dr Anni's plan has made a difference/ impact in my health. Dr Ashley is a one of a kind person. Dr Ashley listens closely, guides me, educates me, + adjusts me to make me feel better during my treatments + afterward recovery. Dr Ashley + Dr Anni are very comforting in assisting throughout the recovery treatment, that is personalized for each person. Dr Ashley clearly had an effective recovery plan for me to get back on track. I am currently working reduced hours on light duty, and still cannot schedule an evaluation without missing work. God forbid you ever try to come here for an L&I-covered injury--you would be better served just walking away. I have been treated (or attempted to be treated, at least) for three separate injuries at this office over the past three years, and each visit has been sincerely in enjoyable. It may have been the enormous bill I received after visit when my insurance was out of network, or their insistence that I MUST contact my physician, insurance provide, case manager to get treatment protocols and forms that ONLY THEY NEED related to treatment. Their therapists are great, but everything else related to this practice will give you an enormous headache!

Every time I am in Dr Jayson gives me the time and energy to help me from all the overworking and excessive exercising I do to my body. He really listens and puts time in with clients which is rare. You are not just a 10 minute number. In addition to the great care, I feel Dr Jayson is very knowledgeable in sports, exercise and the chiro or Rock tape care an athlete would need. I am an exercise physiologist and not many DR's seem to have the knowledge I do about movement problems (sorry for the horn tooting). So to finally find a sports Dr who knows what I mean by 50 burpees is key to my recoveries and continued care. I have some very unique issues and have not received spot on care like this from other practicing folks. I figured resting it would be fine, but as it happens I started my training for a half marathon and it flared up on my only 2 miles into my run. The place is in a good location for me on the bothell everett highway. The receptionist was friendly. Dr. Locknane. What a talker, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. He asked me the details of my injury. From that he gave me a few ideas of what he thought it could be and supported his theory by explaining the different muscle connections from the posters in his office. They he did a few simple tests to see what aggravated my knee. Afterwards he gave me several options as far a following up. Which I liked. No pressure to go to PT or do any procedures in the office. I really liked that. He is an active man, which I think is important so that he can related with his patients that are have high physical demands when working out. So for now Dr. Locknane and his business will get 4 stars. I will have to re-review the facility again a little down the road to see how my injury progresses and the results.

I have cement in my veins, which will require a very complicated surgery. I had 2 "surgeries" by Kamson. The other was a "laminectomy" which was completely botched. Did I mention I woke up during both surgeries as well? Your health isn't worth it. Seek out credible surgeons that are directly affiliated with hospitals. Kamson isn't allowed to work in any hospital. Verify this through the Washington State Medical Commission site.
