They sent one technician and he spent all of five hours working on my car (yes, it had been a while since I had it deep-cleaned.) When he finished, it looked like I had just driven it off a new car lot. It's one thing to say he washed, waxed and vacuumed my car but that would not come close to describing the job he did. Service requested was regular - with a single wax for $12.00, higher services increase the layers of protection from $16 or $20. There is no option for a free wash if you come back in 5 days for the premium service. I was rear-ended and this is the shop State Farm suggested. The front desk person there was awesome! She is professional, warm, and welcoming. I went for my estimate and to get scheduled. It was 3 weeks out which I wasn't thrilled with but accepted. They told me it would be 3 days and it was 2.5 days. Nice! The work performed was perfect!!! Plus I had a few scratches that had nothing to do with the accident. They fixed those at no additional charge. So nice! All that and a bag of cookies! LOL
