I knew what I was getting myself into when I came here for a second time. The first time here it was nice I went with their premium package with all the ads ons. However since I had a ceramic coat applied on my car, today I went with the basic wash and the under carriage wash (which in my opinion does clean the build up in the Illinois road conditions) Alright back to the point, I came to detail my car by hand, touch up with my own premium products and to only find MORE scratches on my paint. I wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be coming back due to the scratches I now have on my car.. I'm sure it's due to the brushes and the amount of dirty cars that come in. I'm not sure how often then change or clean their bristles on these automatic washes but I surely saw at least 10% new scratches on my car.. its a bummer but however I did ceramic sealed my paint again. Long run I don't recommend this place unless they do something about their brushes. I'm going to hand wash my car or take my car to a professional detailer which is fine. The package was $46 plus $5 for a midsize SUV, so it came out to almost $60 after tip. Our car was not particularly dirty to begin with. The main reason I chose this package was to have the interior properly vacuumed and wiped down, especially areas like the cup holders, center console, dashboard, and back seating area. Unfortunately, those were exactly the areas that were missed. There was still visible dirt and debris in the cup holders and around the center console. I actually wiped down several spots myself before taking the photos, and the dirt came off easily with a wet towel. The back seat area did not appear to have been cleaned at all. The seats were still folded down exactly as they had been, and it does not look like anyone took the time to put them back up in order to vacuum underneath or properly clean that area. I was in a hurry that day and did not have time to bring it up before leaving. I also trusted that the job would be done thoroughly because of the high reviews and because the service specifically advertises attention to detail. I'm leaving 2 stars because the staff was courteous, there was no wait on a Monday afternoon, and the service was quick. However, it was probably too quick considering how much was overlooked. For nearly $60 after tip, especially on a car that was not very dirty to begin with, I was honestly expecting much better attention to detail.

They truly knew us and our cars. They CARED about our cars. Since new management has taken over, everything went down hill. I wanted to love this place after it was sold but I just couldn't. The owner and all of the staff left. The atmosphere of this place is cold and unfriendly. The couple of washes I had since the management change were terrible. Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. Thought I'd share in detail my experience from today…read more I arrived at 12:59 PM and there was nobody in line in front of me, additionally no cars on the line getting washed. There were 4 cars in the bays getting dried and the interiors cleaned. I asked for a #4 (The Ultimate) I walked in to pay and when I came back to the windows at 1:03 PM, my SUV was in the tunnel and being vacuumed and the mats were being cleaned. During the colder months they apparently move this step inside in order to stay warm. With 3 kids and a 3 row SUV, this process took a little while but that was expected. Two guys were working on this By 1:08 PM my car was starting to get washed. Another car came in behind mine and stalled my SUV being washed for 6 minutes. By 1:23 PM it exited the wash tunnel and was put in an indoor bay to dry and clean the interior. Two guys worked on drying, wiping down all doors and the door frames, cleaning windows inside and out, cleaning the dash, steering wheel, cup holders, center counsel, replacing mats, polishing the rims and tires, going over spots missed vacuuming. Literally watched one of the guys pick lint off of the back seat. The entire time my car was in the bay, these guys were working on it and doing something. By 1:42 PM I was returned to my car, handed them the claim check and a tip and was on my way. That's 43 minutes total for the entire process and aside from the 6 minute stall, my SUV was being worked on the entire time. This is not a gas station car wash. This is a hand carwash done with attention to detail. Bring a book and relax. Again people, go at a non peak time and be patient. If there is something you notice wasn't cleaned, ask them kindly to go over it. If you didn't pay a detail, however, don't expect ever crack and crevice to be spotless.

I'm still charges the same but they no longer have the underbody wash or the wax. I'm paying for service but getting ripped off. I'm done!!!!
