But we heard that there was a change of staff, and it had improved. So, back we trekked. But, the service was not great and the 2 hour + wait for dinner (including the kids meal) was not ideal at all. For an 8 year old child to be eating after 9pm was not cool. He was very hungry and tired. We were also ignored repeatedly at the 'wait to be seated' sign for sometime (as was the family behind us), and the young waitress walked right past us on a few occasions. All she needed to do was say that someone would be with us shortly, if seating us was not her job. But she did not. Eventually we were seated by another staff member. I gave my feedback on the club's social media site, but they ignored it. Another patron posted a review having had a very similar experience but was not ignored and received an apology. It gets quite busy on the weekends so try to go on a week night (especially if you are hungry, have experienced significant wait times for meals on a few occassions). As the coupon queen I must point out that they offer a two for one deal on Coles shopper dockets in the local area which can save you quite a bit. The Club hosts bingo nights each Wednesday (which can be a lot of fun) and have live entertainment every Saturday night.
