She was rude, didn't take any pics of our family, hardly any of guests or important moments of the event. The ones that were taken, many had heads cut off, no full shots, all were chest and neck up. No flash at all, very dark images. Edited Images were sent on Google drive two weeks later and all were sent on a flash drive. Pics are such poor quality we couldn't even print them. They said they let the girl go because we complained she was rude, not because of her work. I don't believe she was part of their team I didn't see her name in any of the reviews. They may have hired a student or someone just to make money since maybe they were booked. I was speaking with Mike and he said he edited the images himself and they have been in business for over 10 years. I was their only complaint so they felt it wasn't important to refund anything even though they didn't provide professional photography. The only thing they offered is a family portrait photo shoot. A family photo shoot will not make up for a once in a lifetime occasion. Their initial response was rude and we lost $1100. Four hours of horrible photography and they blamed it on my late arrival and that I was unhappy with what they called a "certain look." Then they said that I asked for a refund after receiving all images and their complimentary slide show. I asked for a refund because the pics are really bad. Complimentary slide show was same bad pics with music that I provided. I didn't even share the images with my guests and can't print any of them because they are extremely poor quality. I was fooled by the great reviews and lost $1100. I had to rely on my guests cell phone pics as they were much better quality then what I received from this business.
