Whenever something came up, it was handled quickly and professionally. Early in my tenancy, I noticed mold in the refrigerator's water dispenser, and they replaced the refrigerator almost immediately. When the old stove and cooktop stopped working properly, they replaced the full range with a brand-new, very nice appliance. When the water heater broke a few months later, that was also replaced practically right away. The maintenance staff were always kind, helpful, thorough, and respectful. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or fight to get a necessary repair completed. One of the best examples of their reliability happened during a major snowstorm. The roads were barely passable, but I woke up one morning to find that my driveway was the only one in the neighborhood that had been plowed. My neighbors were genuinely asking how RentProv had managed to get it done. I eventually purchased the house I was renting, and they continued maintaining the property and responding to issues through my final days as a tenant. They never started doing the bare minimum just because I was about to close. Shannon, in particular, was wonderful--professional, thoughtful, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled well. I can only speak to my own experience, but mine was consistently excellent from beginning to end.

I would leave zero stars but it isn't an option. avoid at all costs…read more they don't take care of the property, everything you need done will be done late and bare minimum. the "property cleanup crew" they sent was literally an elderly man and his two adult children. they showed up in a rented box truck with one shovel. they then stole MY shovel, and the yard was not cleaned up. bricks strewn about, poison ivy, it was pathetic. I'm a combat veteran with ptsd. I have a medical marijuana card and grow my own medicine. the owner of the building I was renting was fine with it, as it was completely legal. Rent Prov called the police on us, who showed up and told them that I wasn't breaking any laws. They then tried to evict us, even though the owner told us it was okay since the police made it clear it was all on the level. I should also include some pertinents: no one else lived in the building except my mother who rented the floor below us. there are only two units. literally no one complained. also, when they couldn't get in touch with me because it was Friday night at 9pm, they began harassing my elderly mother (who again, rents a separate apartment and has nothing to do with my LEGAL medical marijuana. Lawyered up and they backed down like the unprofessional losers they are. we broke our lease early to get away from these incompetent morons. do yourself a favor, avoid at all costs. the lawyer was provided to me by a veterans organization free of charge. he looked into Brian Weinstein at rent prov and apparently he is WELL known in the legal community as a royal POS.

RUN! PMP, Inc is THE WORST company on the planet. In…read moreaddition to many other concerns I have about them ethically, I highly suspect they are stealing from my condo association's funds. Although I've been pleading to see receipts and requesting explanations for all the overpayments for over 4 months, Sherry Cadden (owner of PMP), has refused to furnish them - aside from an email with a handful of contracts, she called a "detailed report" where the sums don't match the fiscal budget whatsoever. Sherry has an excuse for everything and I believe she has influenced the elderly board members into "denying" my requests to see how the money is being allocated. Otherwise, why not just provide them? Also denied, was my request to see estimates from various vendors for different services throughout the complex. Sherry either doesn't obtain other estimates or chooses to contract with companies that charge an exorbitant amount of money for their services (i.e. snow removal this past winter was $8,000. I think it flurried twice and the parking lot is quite small.) A common excuse from her is, "That's what the board voted on" however, as a management company, she has a fiduciary responsibility to be giving sound financial advice and clearly that's not happening. This irresponsible spending from a company commonly results in kickbacks but, I can't say which is the case because she refuses to furnish estimates if they do exist. If you do have the misfortune of dealing with this company, keep all correspondence in writing because Sherry is a liar (and I don't use that term loosely).

Horrible experience where we were misled, entered into a "VIP Buyer agreement" that was ANYTHING but "VIP", worked with a lender who was recommended and kind but also pushy, we informed everyone from the start we had some taxes to file for my husband's business, and were informed only after we were under contract that we did not meet eligibility requirements to qualify for the RI first time down payment assistance loan in time for our closing due to our IRS payment plan timeline! (FYI- their preferred lender might not explain to you until its TOO LATE that you need 3mos of IRS payments to qualify for this down payment assistance!) Received a verbal extension from seller to extend closing for a week, which we took and decided to eat it on our down payment assistance loan just to get into this property. Turns out no one kept up communication from the seller, who flew in for closing, and they never actually signed the extension. We signed a termination to protect our deposit at 9:30am on a Thursday. Asked for and received NO updates until a text message at nearly THREE AM the following Sunday informing us that the seller had indeed backed out, and signed their own termination of contract?! On the same Thursday we signed ours, at 3:30 PM?! And they had had "no updates" for us for DAYS?! Selling AND buying agents are colleagues at this same agency, yet communication was abhorrent. Complete lack of understanding the urgency of such matters. Thank god we got our deposit and our "VIP" buyer payment for a total of 4k back- that was the ONLY positive to come out of this experience. Never again!!

The meeting had a very "timeshare-like" feel (highly showy, PowerPoint-driven, and with noticeable pressure to get a yes before leaving). We were told we would be lucky to sell our home for $499,000, and when we shared that we were hoping for a higher price, our expectations were dismissed in a way that felt discouraging and unprofessional. Feeling unsure, we decided to get a second opinion. Long story short, with a different realtor our home was listed for two weeks and sold for over $50,000 more than the price we were quoted by the Nathan Clark team. Afterward, we did more research into the company, which further reassured us that getting a second opinion was the right choice. I would strongly encourage anyone selling their home to explore multiple perspectives before committing.
