For the service: Coops Cars is such a SCAMMER!!! They lied about the car's quality! And then deny all their responsibility! Okay here the whole story: I bought the Audi A4 2.0 ver.2007 from Coops Cars with a good quality description, no any problem was mentioned. It was about $7500 not including some other fees. It's been only 2 weeks driving it but I am totally mad at it!!!! The 1st week, since the first time driving it, the engine light was active. What a great first start huh? The car tends to stop if in low speed (well it happened every time at red light). Then I drove to a garage to ask reading the error code and guess what, they told me that "someone" has messed up all the wired to lock the engine light and to hide all bad things of the car. Okay I had to pay more than $100 to fix those mess with a warning: if it still happens (means that the engine light still alerts same shits). And it DOES!!! Solution? It will be more than $1000 to fix, as they said! Thats not all! The 2nd week, one tire has broken right on the road. Of course not my fault. Coops cars said that they gave 4 tires totally NEW!!! It's a tire brand name that I've never heard before. And surprise, the lowest quality that I even cannot imagine! $700 to change 4 tires to Michelin. I dont wanna die on the road with those low quality tires, anymore! Well, the story will have to continue. I've contacted COOPS CARS but they deny all things instead of trying to solve it. Peter 'Coop' Cooper and I spoke several times on the phone and through text before I could get up to test drive the car. He was patient, sent additional photos and was not anything like what you worry about with used card salespeople! He was very helpful and the car was in great shape! It came with a 30 day warranty and there was even an insurance I could buy (not directly from Coop0 to cover any mechanical failure over the next 5 years. Coop even was able to take my Amex to pay for the car - so I got miles to boot! Lastly, he normally offers several free car washes for local buyers but as I had come from about 90 minutes away he was willing to give me what I really wanted... a couple of car phone chargers. I would gladly buy another car from Peter Cooper. And when my son turns 17, I will. An honest broker.

I had to wait for the check for the car to come from my bank and Eddie held the car for me until it came, which was great. I took the car for an inspection prior to purchase and the mechanic said everything looked good, so I don't think this place sells junk cars like some dealerships do. Andrew, the owners son, was super amazing. My three year old son loved him and Andrew played with him and kept him entertained through the whole buying process. Signing the paperwork took less than an hour and we were on our way home. I would buy from them again, this was a better experience than I've had at most places.

We went to a mechanic who told us it was the thermostat.  He suggested taking it back where it was purchased. Well, when we did that, Boris got nasty and then charged $90 for a used part. This was the beginning of the nightmare. The next problem was the gasket, which was more money, now it's the transmission. According to our mechanic, Boris and his daughter sold us a lemon. Although it was sold as is, we were told it's in good condition and trusted that. My family member has never been able to drive this car; it  doesn't even have 300 miles since purchasing. We recently tried selling the car back to Boris by asking him to take it back for a lesser price. His daughter asked for mileage and VIN numbers. Boris comes back and says I will give you 3k. Of course the car is worth more, at least 4500, although paid more for it. When my family member  went to get the deal for 3k, Boris yelled at him and told him he might well it on the street  because he's not giving him anything. Then, his daughter told us she was filing a report against us. This place is a total rip off, and they are liars!!!! Boris comes across as this nice older man and runs a family owned business here to help people. Well, they are the total opposite. Stay away!!

I noticed that the car was having the bumps very hard and had suspension trouble. I bought it to the attention of the dealership and my sales person Shawn. They in turn bought it to their mechanic. Their mechanic informed me that there was nothing wrong with the suspension. Even though I am feeling how hard the car is taking the bumps. I bought it to my mechanic to have a diagnostics to see if the guarantee would cover whatever was going on with a suspension. The warranty only covered the links and not the Struts. The car had the original struts and they were never changed. My mechanic is telling me that the struts are gonna cost me out of pocket a thousand dollars. I reached out again to Shawn my sales person from arrow motors. He disrespectfully tild me that a mechanic would tell me what I wanna hear. This is so disrespectful. I really was hoping that this would be a good experience and that I could bring more clients to then. Now I have this issue with the struts. And I don't know what to do as this is extremely expensive to fix. I only had the car 3 weeks and and I started noticing the problem with the suspension on the 2nd day that I brought it home. Unfortunately I was not ready as I needed to have the vehicle moved away from the turnpike through Emergency Services and needed my other family members to come with another vehicle as I had to transfer my personal belongings and family safely. After informing them I was ready, they were still able to have a driver out to me within 30 mins. The driver Chris (I believe this was name, apologizes in advance), was quick and took care of things right away and carefully. He brought my car safely back to NY.
