If you want to be told, numerous lies and receive extremely low quality service and work on your vehicle, have the owner duck your messages and lie to you and keep bringing it back ( Monday 7/22/24 will be the 3rd time ) and then have to constantly message and call them because they still haven't completed the work And if you want to bring your car to a understaffed shop ( what insurance adjuster told me) , this is where you want to bring your car

First time that I've ever had a body shop send me periodic texts informing me of ongoing status. Furthermore, they found an earlier repair date for my car at another of their locations and they towed the car from the original location to the distant one and back again. I have Liberty Mutual and they handled everything, including providing an Enterprise rental car delivered to the body shop. I hope not to have to see again (nothing personal ;-) ), but recommend them for anyone with a collision problem!
