I would not recommend them to anybody... They will lie to you and waste your time and money…read more Took my truck into have transmission looked at, second gear was slipping... Took 4 phone calls and me showing up at the shop to finally get them to work on it... Always had an excuse of why they didn't have time or parts or whatever. Finally got the call 27 days later... my truck was fixed... Showed up and couldnt even shift into lower gears, they had put a part on backwards... And now I had check engine lights... So had Kenny took it back into the shop and see what was what... They put the part on th correct way and cleared the code... Code returned with in 3 miles of me leaving the shop. Put it on my scanner at home and saw the code was for a bad 02 sensor... Took truck back in to have it looked at. He said he would replace the O2 sensor and reattached brackets they took off and did not reinstall during the transmission work. I waited in the lobby for 2.5 hours while they worked on my truck... Got in the truck and truck had the same code, bad 02 sensor... Kenny claimed he fixed it in the time I was waiting... He did not, pictures attached is the "new" 02 sensor.... Turns out they cut the wire on my old one installing the transmission... So I replaced it myself... Took 10 mins and code was gone. Called Kenny to talk to him about it and he lied to me on the phone saying they did it and excuse after excuse... Well you didn't fix it, you actually causes more issues and wasted my time and my money. Stay away from this place it is a trap and they do not care about customers, just care about making that money.

If they can help, they'll take it around back, diagnose it, and meet you in the lobby to explain your situation. It's then that you can discuss costs. Thy likely will not charge you to diagnose unless thats going to take them like an hour or something very laborious...and they'll tell you that up front. They helped me with my 13 year old vehicle thats rusted to heck since it spent years up north. I had tried replacing a vital part on my own and had accidentally stripped a crucial bolt. They were able to free that bolt, replace the part needing replacement, and clear all error codes for me. They only charged me 1 hour labor. Their labor rate $120 per hour. They do not take checks and there's an upcharge of 3 percent on credit cards. They also take cash. They don't do tires, body or transmission work, but they do all other general repairs like ac units, ball and cv joints, shocks, struts, brakes, flushes, oil changes etc. They can definitely do scan of your car's computer and then discuss the issues with you from there. They'll do this for no charge. They have a small.lobby in which you can wait, but no bathroom. It's a no frills operation. They also have a couple of cute shop dogs! These guys were up front and honest, super easy to talk to, and I felt very fair in their pricing for what they did on my car. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Leaving Myrtle Beach south Carolina after a lovely vacation with my two…read moregrandbabies, my truck started acting up on me. I t was overheating. I stopped at an O'reilly auto parts store to begin diagnosis. The truck was not throwing any codes so i was baffled. I didn't make it very far when we left and it overheated and i pulled over in front of a shop which was fortunate for us. The shop wanted to charge an arm and a leg just to diagnose it but they did use a diagnostic tool and the verdict was there was air in the engine coolant system. We had to get a hotel room again for the night. I was not happy that the shop wanted to charge me $250 to install a thermostat and bleed the coolant system so i looked up mobile mechanics. Drew was the first to reply. Mind you i was trying this at 9pm. We had a conversation on Yelp then exchanged phone numbers, Drew offered to come tonight to see if we could get it running properly so we could begin our 1100 mile trek in the morning. i gave him a hundred dollars to buy a thermostat and antifreeze. He did come and try that night but it started getting pretty late so we made arrangements for him to come back first thing in the morning. he came back at 8 am as promised and proceeded to do the job which he did very quickly. The thermostat was not the problem. It was still overheating. Around noontime we decided it was the water pump. Again we got the pump and he installed it very quickly. The whole fiasco cost me $500 but had i had that shop do the work there is no doubt it would have costed me much more! I am very thankful and grateful that the Earth is inhabited by fellas that have a heart and consciousness and compassion. He s tuck with me all morning until my truck was running properly. I highly reccommend this service for anyone needing something don very quickly. It was nice getting to know Drew and now we each have another friend, Blessings to you Drew!
