After the service, the owner of the shop stood with me and my partner in front of my vehicle and showed me all of the different components within my engine, found an issue with my oil and taught me how to keep it at bay until we could get it fixed, and really explained everything in detail with patience. The price was not bad at all! He also mentioned how my car wasn't supposed to sound a certain way when starting and with our permission, fixed it. I had no clue my car could sound like that! Took it in and within an hour they called and said the compressor was bad which is what I thought. But the kicker is charged 175.00 to tell me that and 1600 to replace. Which obviously would not have been concerned about price if I could have afforded such a bill. I was never told it was going to be 175.00 just to verify it needed. A compressor which I told them from the start. So hete I am out 175.00 for nothing. Lesson learned.
