Many big shops will put in a small amount of oil, coolent etc and charge you for the ENTIRE bottle or jug.....not Ray. He checks his work before you leave to be sure you're safe. Last big shop I went to changed out a control arm, and before I got home it was clunking. The mechanic didn fully tighten the bolt. Yeah, thats not cool.
