    I called to schedule a free oil change. Free because they weren't open at the time I scheduled my…read morelast oil change and I had to wait an hour before someone finally showed up. This appointment was for an oil change tire rotation a couple recalls and for them to figure out why the 2nd row passenger seat belt/seat sensor wasn't working properly. When the service was done there was mud tracked all down my driver side door seal, the tires had not been rotated at all because the drivers side ties had mud on them from my driveway and they were still in the same spot, what they don't know is I marked the tires to see if they would actually rotate them and they did not. Makes me wonder if they even changed the oil. I mentioned this to the service rep and he said oh yeah we did it we just moved them front to back, that is not how you rotate tires first off. As far as the mud I said is someone going to wipe that off, he goes and gets a wet paper towel and does one swipe. As far as the seatbelt buckle or seat sensor issue, I'm not sure what the problem is because he told me they couldn't replicate the problem I told them about which was the seat belt buckle or seat when someone is sitting in it and it's buckled doesn't register right and dings the entire time like the seatbelt isn't buckled when it is. I said well can you ride with me and sit in that seat so I can show you. The service rep rode with me and the seatbelt buckle/seat started acting up. It was then that he said oh ok now I see what it's doing. I had to do their job for them. I was told that there was a short in the buckle by a service writer not a tech. He claims that he ordered the buckle and I would receive a call when it comes in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The only reason I'll be going back is to get my seatbelt buckle fixed. If they ever call. This is twice now that I have had a horrible experience. Get new management or new employees. You're making Honda look bad.

Their team is caring, hard-working, honest, and empathetic; they went above and beyond their job description to make sure that we got the help we needed, and they have certainly added value to the Honda name. I think a vehicle is going to be about the same anywhere you buy it, so the team you buy from, and support they provide is what makes the difference. So with that, I couldn't recommend Zanesville Honda more highly. Special thanks to Ben, Becky, and Nick, specifically. They were the real MVPs and I can't thank them enough for their help!

We briefly discussed the only RAV4 in stock in the trim level I wanted. Everything moved very quickly after the call. Amanda was straightforward and the deal was simple and easy to understand. Amanda paid attention to details of our conversations. I did not have to repeat myself or haggle about a single issue. When I told Amanda the tax on the offer was $100 too much, I got zero attitude. Amanda looked into it and the number was corrected. Amanda walked out to meet me as I pulled into the lot the morning I arrived. My appointment was at 9am on a Saturday and the whole deal was done by 10am. Amanda sat with me afterwards to make sure I got Apple CarPlay set up. She was totally focused on me and making sure I was satisfied that morning. That's a rarity these days. Overall, my experience purchasing from Zanesville Toyota was a dream. Taking time to write reviews isn't something I do often, but this review is deserved.

Consequently, I purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander from Zanesville Toyota, a brand-new vehicle, and it came with a lifetime powertrain warranty provided by the dealership. However, my Toyota Highlander has developed a transmission issue that necessitates replacement. Zanesville Toyota has informed me that their warranty company will not replace my transmission because I failed to change the air filter or cabin filter. Despite this, my oil changes and major servicing have been conducted in the past, and I have maintained a record of these services. Zanesville Toyota has refused to honor and replace my transmission solely due to an air filter issue, which is unrelated to the transmission itself. This situation exemplifies a lack of integrity in business practices and a failure to uphold the company's commitment to its products. I have no intention of purchasing any products from this dealership in the future, and I will inform my acquaintances about the poor conduct of Zanesville Toyota

    I had my truck towed to Dutro after blowing a transmission cooler line. Had them change fluid and…read morefilter while they were at it. First day after bringing it home there is a puddle of tranny fluid on the garage floor under the radiator. No big deal, could have been fluid from the blowout. Next day another puddle. Take it back, rep. has mechanic look at it. Claims it's tight, fluid level is good and it was only fluid stuck in a body part. Two weeks later, only use occasionally, transmission has some hard shifts and transmission temp is up to 203 with no load or trailer. In 7 years this transmission has never broke the 200 degree mark, even when pulling trailers. Especially with a transmission cooler. Figured I'd check it myself. No fluid on dipstick. Broken bracket for cooler lines. At this point I know they just tightened up the leaking cooler line they lied about, never checked level and said it was good to go. Very poor service. Almost cost me a transmission. Funny how, after I had it serviced, I got bombarded with trade in offers from them. Helping speed the process along? Who knows. I'm not happy though. Pull a boat and an atv trailer. I need my transmission to perform.

If the jump start my truck it starts up but turn it off and it needs jumped again. They replaced my batteries ($270) plus labor and tax. Oh it starts right up. I ask when I can pick it up, oh let me ask the tech. Oh it's not working right your fuel injectors control module is bad needs replaced. It gets replaced ($1600) plus tax. Ok when can I get my truck? Oh the number 7 injector is bad. Asked for a report on it . Oh our computer only tells us which one is bad. (Authorized ford service station) I say no paid and pick up drove home it was rough as hell a fuel injector isn't working for sure. Pop the hood looked around (I'm NOT a mechanic) oh look there a plug not plugged in to the motor. Plugged it in and my truck drives BEAUTIFULLY. What a rip off!!!!! I will never go back and the manager Jeff won't call back hmmmm!
