I walked in at 10am, and car was finished at 04pm. No updates of my car status or anything. For simple Removal & Placement of new tint...and the business was not busy at all whatsoever. Employees simply not showing great service lounging around on phones. The location is "Fast & Friendly"...but only if you come in with a luxury car or they know you. The same as someone else stated in a previous review. If you have one of those two things going for you, You will receive all the attention and service. They also advertised a July Tint Sale on instagram which was NOT Honored at all. I wouldn't recommend the Decatur location but have heard good things about the Buckhead location.
