Because I foolishly left the Wheel lock keys at my house in California and didn't bring them with me on this trip. Therefore, they were unable to provide tire change services immediately. So they immediately reported my situation to the store manager. I was approved to park my car there! Ironically, I had to tell my friends to mail the wheel lock keys here via next-day delivery. I booked a hotel nearby for two nights, and now we can only walk there to check in. Two days later, on Tuesday morning, I received the package from California before 10 AM. So, I immediately came here to get my tires changed. I had already booked and paid for the service through the app earlier. Therefore, the whole process was very quick and smooth. Especially appreciate all the staff in the auto care center. After the tires were changed, we left immediately, because we had been delayed for a while along the way. Our next stop was Mount Rushmore, South Dakota. If we have the opportunity in the future, we will definitely come back to Minnesota for another trip. Called for Geico roadside assitance and I was told there is no towing truck available on Sunday, Let me find it my self. I have to say, at the Rest Area I-90 WB Blue Earth, it was very hot and there were a lot of mosquitoes. My wife and I, a 2-year-old son, and a 3-month-old daughter. Finally, after waiting for two hours, I called the 911. Thank you very much to the 911 operator who helped me find a towing service. A short while later, the state trooper arrived first. He told us that the tow truck should arrive soon and asked if we wanted him to wait until the tow truck arrived before he left. After the tow truck arrived, I told him we were going to the Walmart auto repair center.

They submitted a claim and said they would respond within 48 hours and 3 days later she was following up. The car was not drivable and it took more than a week for a response. This happened in June, and she had to follow up several times for a response from their claims department. In October they finally denied the claim. The amount of time it took was ridiculous. I cannot say enough about this shop! Our 19 year old son was driving cross country alone when he…read morenoticed an issue with his truck. We looked online and found Richard's and called ahead of him as it was close to their closing time. Not only did they hold a lift open for him, they stayed late, diagnosed the issue and got the part for him. It was too late to do the repair that day, so they called us to let us know what was wrong with the truck, drove him to a safe hotel and promised they'd get him back on the road safely first thing in the morning. And they delivered! Our son was back on the road no more than an hour after they opened for the day. And the price was more than fair.
