We did so, and wow. We will never be going back to this place ever again. The car was $2,000 over Blue Book price and made horrible sounds while driving. The car also did not shift gears. When we talked to the salesman about all of this, he waved us off and told us that -someone- would pay the $2k over Blue Book price. As for the mechanical issues, he refused to believe us, despite the fact my dad has been fixing cars and other engines for most of his life. Really a disappointment. My family got an amazing car from here when it was DeBoer motors, but the current customer service folks apparently don't give a rip about treating potential customers right. If you're going to sell your car for $2k over Blue Book price, sure, do it. But you'd better be nice to the customer that brings it up and explain why, rather than just wave them off. In short: Horribly overpriced, cars may or may not work correctly, and awful customer service. Avoid.

So, I either take them to small claims court or not get the money I'm owed. So many excuses from Harrison as to why my rebate didn't go through. Stay far away from this Ford and its sister company in northern Iowa.

I cannot say enough about this shop! Our 19 year old son was driving cross country alone when he…read morenoticed an issue with his truck. We looked online and found Richard's and called ahead of him as it was close to their closing time. Not only did they hold a lift open for him, they stayed late, diagnosed the issue and got the part for him. It was too late to do the repair that day, so they called us to let us know what was wrong with the truck, drove him to a safe hotel and promised they'd get him back on the road safely first thing in the morning. And they delivered! Our son was back on the road no more than an hour after they opened for the day. And the price was more than fair.
