The person who picks up the phone is one of the most miserable sounding UNPROFESSIONAL person I have had to deal with in a while! There is no professional customer service whatsoever. I just moved back to Fall river two weeks ago and I've only had to call less than a handful of times and every time has been nothing close to professional. The man always picks up with this rude tone. NEVER gives you the eta and hangs up before you can even ask for an eta. Today I called to get a pick up. He hung up before giving me ETA and since I've already dealt with his professionalism, I decided to wait. My daughter just had adenoidectomy so she was getting a little fussy. when I look at my call log it showed that I had called 19 minutes ago so I gave it a try to call and actually get the ETA this time. When I called and asked he rudely said with an attitude" oh honey your gonna have to wait about 30 minutes" I responded back and said "OK. I've been waiting 19 minutes so about 10 minutes more?" he then yells at me and said "you have not waited No 20 minutes. You literally called 10 minutes ago"and hung up on me before I an even tell me that I literally looked at my call log. when I called back He would pick the phone up to then hang up. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism unprovoked. I had more professionalism than he did and I'm not the one working. but best believe I gave him a piece of my mind after that because I shouldnt have to be mindful when getting treated like that. I would never give this company my money, even if I had to walk to the moon on the hottest day! that man needs to find himself a new job where he doesn't deal with customers because he has zero customer service as a worked as a dental assistant for over 10 years. The second time I got a ride even the guy who picked me up, said that that guy is always rude with an attitude and never gives ppl eta. His OWN CO WORKER SAID THAT! Which in that phone call he hung up before I could ask for the ETA and when I called right back to ask for the ETA he had an attitude and said he would not know when they would get there and he said " idk when he would get there it could be 5 minutes" I said "that's all I was asking for that that's exactly what an ETA is"( giving a rough estimate not exact) It's not called EETA...... I suggest y'all get a new person to pick up the phone call because you guys will just continue to lose money. He needs to remember that there is something called Uber and Lyft and if people are calling you guys, I wouldn't run them away because there is other options that more people prefer to use.
